Loved this suite, this hotel, the area, and the service! A stellar layout and design for a suite. The bathroom has a makeup area, enclosed toilet area, humongous shower, and choice of glass was nice. No complaints here. A hotel I highly recommend. Go, enjoy!!!

    How cute!

Parking: $10/day in any spot on the 2nd floor of the Market garage right across the street. You will get a pass from the front desk to put on your rearview mirror. Service: Wow, 10/10 with the quality of service! I actually had never been to an Archer hotel before, but decided to try it out and appreciated how attentive every employee was during my 1 night stay even. Room: I just got a standard room with a king size bed and it was the same typical size of standard hotel rooms, but there were small elements to it that definitely stood out as well. On top of an actual Nespresso machine (it was my first time trying Nespresso too!), the room had 2 story books on the bedside table as something you can read either yourself or for your kids at bedtime! How wholesome is that? There is also a mini fridge, microwave, slippers, and a large umbrella in case it rains! Definitely a modern luxury feel which was nice since I usually don't stay in nicer hotels like this. Location: I did not realize this hotel was located IN the Mosaic District at first, so it was a nice surprise when I got here and got to walk around with so many food options during my stay. There is also a Target about 2 minutes walking distance in case you need last minute necessities too. :) There was also complimentary breakfast from 6am-9am, but there weren't any meats and instead there were bagels, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal in case you are curious. I did not have enough time to try any food or drink from the hotel bar/restaurant, but will be sure to check it out next time.

Thankfully the hotel has information for where to park on the site, as I was able to get to the second floor parking structure to find parking easily. After that, I headed to the lobby to check in. I was here for a training event with about 40 people, and walked into the lobby to find about eight of us from the group ahead of me. There was only one person working the front desk, and it was clear he was really strained with the process for the group. He was trying to do his best solo and told us that he didn't have very many rooms cleaned and ready for check in. The line continued to grow to about two dozen people. It took about 30 minutes before I made it to the front, and eventually I got one of the last rooms that was ready. (Some in the group ended up missing breakfast to check in or having to wheel all their luggage into the conference room in order to get food, as we were told to arrive around 9:00 and breakfast ended at 10:00.) However, the rest of our time there was thankfully much smoother. The staff did a great job of ensuring we had everything we needed for our training and meals. The food was really delicious, and they made sure the mini fridge stayed stocked with a variety of hydration options throughout our time there. The room was also very nice. I slept soundly and wasn't bothered by any noise. Everything was clean and organized. The breakfast was pretty good, and there was plenty of seating available. Checkout was much smoother than checking in, and I didn't have any issues with the parking area. It was a good business trip overall!

4/5/24 We stayed a few days to visit the US Army and Udvar-Hazy museums. New, modern, quiet, and well maintained. We were greeted by Saphire, who was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We had Classic King Room. Spacious, clean, and quiet. Our view overlooks the entrance. We were surprised we didn't hear traffic noise. The free breakfast was traditional continental. No hot food at all. Not what we expected. You can pay for a hot breakfast. Centrally located in the Mosaic district. It's a high-end shopping center. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. There's even a movie theater in walking distance.

    Coffee setup in the room.

5 stars for comfort. 5 stars for location. 5 stars for staff going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. -Breakfast buffet did the trick for us every day. We were headed into DC well nutritioned every single day! -Cleaning staff stocked supplies regularly for us. -Kitchen has enough dishes to cook and utensils to enjoy a takeout meal. -Bed was super comfortable! No travel jitters for us. We slept soundly from the day we checked in. Our room was facing the Mosaic parking garage. It was very quiet throughout our 7 night stay! -Super Large TV's for late night Netflix binge watching! -Super convenient to have a shopping district as soon as you walk out of the hotel. Abundant food and shopping options! -Staff did not make any promises but when a room became available, they let us check in early on the day of our arrival. Staff let us check out late on the day of our departure as Ian was still on California time all week! Thank you for that! Big shout out to Rory for making this happen. There is no Pool at this hotel. Be forewarned. However, all the activities in DC meant that we really did not miss it. Family friendly, super safe, personable staff and a well maintained hotel. I recommend!

I found this hotel in my search to find a better stay for my business week. I originally had reservations at a neighboring hotel that was horrible and refuting stay there another night. My coworker and I came across the Archer and luckily they had space for us! WOW!! Were we lucky both of our rooms were so clean, the rooms smelled trash and clean! There were cute shower robes and shower slippers available which I loved! The bartender Marcelo has a memory of an elephant and has a talented way to remember everyone's drink of preference which is so COOL!! Checking out after a long work week Mr. Granville at the front desk was super helpful, respectful and informative! We would definitely stay at the Archer again when we are back in town on a business trip.

Great stay. Clean, responsive, and comfortable. I'm a bit picky about hotel stays but Archer measured up and will be staying there again on my return!

This is my 3rd/4th time staying at this hotel. This hotel is located a few blocks from a metro station, shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. A lot more shops and restaurants have opened since I've been here last. I even saw a "paint and sip" type place. There's a Target across the street and a grocery store a few steps outside of the hotel Check in was easy. My room was very clean. No complaints here. Breakfast was "ok". It wasn't bad. Wasn't great. Just ok. It is way more than your typical continental breakfast but everything was basically the same every day. (I stayed here from Monday-Thursday). They have an omelette station, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruits, yogurts, breads, and muffins. Some days there was French toast, other days were pancakes but not much more of a variety. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only bad thing was, one of the elevators was broken. They did leave an announcement in your room explaining the issue. Other than that, I had a great stay.

I recently stayed here for a work conference, and decided to share my experience. Don't get me wrong this Hotel is worth staying at, however for this price point, it lacked Boutique Luxury nuances. The Hotel staff were all great, shout-out to the Bartenders! The Mosaic Town Center has plentiful shopping and activities. My two star deduction comes from my TV(old model not smart tv) lacking cable connection w/ no streaming options, the bathroom was very basic specifically the shower, and the tech throughout the room was very dated. It was obvious that this is a rebranded Hotel labeled "Boutique". I didn't get a chance to visit the Breakfast but I heard it didn't disappoint! If you can get a room at a discounted rate, I recommend The Archer Hotel Falls Church.

Great kitchenette. Target next door has groceries.

My daughter and I came to DC for a fun weekend. We were warmly greeted by Patrick as we walked through the doors of the Hyatt House. He was super nice and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We had a one bedroom suite with a balcony. Everything was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. And it's so nice to have a kitchenette. It was our second time staying here and we look forward to coming back again. The breakfast is delightful and included, as well as free WiFi. The breakfast even has an omelette station, as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal, pastries, pancakes and other hot items. It is well maintained and the food is fresh and delicious. The Hyatt House is part of a large shopping and entertainment complex. So many cute shops and restaurants and we love the outdoor movie screen. It's also a very short trip to get to the Metro. You could walk there. I can't wait to come back for another stay.

It also smells very fishy, so not that fresh. I love ordering calamari, so I have tried a lot of different restaurants' calamari. This was very much below par. I ate less than half. Also ordered wings. I asked for all flats. The waiter said no. Seems odd. Never had a restaurant that refused to accommodate this kind of request before. They may charge extra, but they don't just say no. Anyway, whatever, ordered them anyway. They came out hot but overcooked. All the drums were exceedingly dry. I only ate about half of them. The server I had was just okay too. Overall an average experience at best and I would not recommend or be back.

Overpriced, lots of stress…read more We found out about L'ambiance and Priti through our wedding planner while preparing for our wedding Dec 2020. Covid ultimately shut down our event. As a result, we had to eat a portion of the cost of flowers for the event as well as needing to contract to use them for when we rescheduled. This was fine and we ate that cost. When we were able to finally manage to get all vendors to agree on a new date, we found out that l'ambiance increased fees as now the wedding would take place in the summer. Keep that in mind when planning. Priti was busy and unable to meet with me in person to actually start planning until maybe 10 weeks before the rescheduled and larger wedding. We went back and fourth many times on ideas and ultimately finalized our contract merely two weeks before the wedding. At this point, even if I didn't like the pricing, there was no time for me to even shop around for anyone else. There were many little mistakes/fees added such as any supplies they had prepared to use for the canceled dec wedding and the prices of things were not consistent between contracts. (My advice is to print each proposal bc you cannot refer to the previous to see what she was charging, so if one price was negotiated down, something else was "mistakingly" increased to recoup costs) Also the week before the wedding she realized her system had made a mistake on the contract and needed us to re-adjust yet again. Just extremely stressful and didn't really foster trust from my perspective. Ultimately, the finished product was fine. There were things that she claimed to take "artistic" liberties on but that mostly looked like they ran out of flowers plus she never ran those "liberties" past me. For someone spending 30k + divided between two events, she never connected with us after she got her money. When you are doing your budgeting, also add that you will have to provide a lot of hotel rooms for her workers even if the venue is only 1.5 hours away from her office. Also, some of her workers were found to have crashed our wedding and got drunk off our open bar and were found puking behind the event location. I'm glad they had a hotel nearby to sober up to break down the decor on Sunday morning. She will deny this. In the end, I would advise that you carefully review your contracts and that no matter what you agree and sign for, vendors can/and will change it last minute as there is no contract police to help you on your wedding day. Also, be aware that anything custom made for your event you will pay exorbitant pricing for and you will not be able to keep it without paying an even bigger price to take it off her hands. Long story short, end product was fine, sure, but very overpriced. Be prepared for a lot of miscommunication back and fourth and last minute contract changes as you will find many mistakes. Very stressful process.
