Well after leaving the grocery store the key decided to just stop working all together. I jumped on yelp to look for local locksmith's and Burgess was the first to come up. I called and Michael answered on the third ring. Said to hold tight and he would be on his way. He got there a short time later and fixed my original key as well as coded a new key for me! I've had them change the locks on my house after mine were stolen, make new keys to my car after they had broken, and make new keys and lock for a safe after I lost mine, in addition to just making duplicates. I'm not a locksmith expert but they seem pretty hit or miss here, it just depends on which person you are working with. Having keys to my car made was just a flat out nightmare, I called ahead and they confirmed they were able to do what I needed. 3 hours later, they had kind of done what I needed but they never got the programmable portion right so every time I would start the car with that set of keys, my alarm would go off. They never fixed that I just learned to work around it. So when they never called me to tell me they had my second key fob in, I never bothered because I didn't have the time to waste on something they couldn't get right. However, changing the locks on my house wasn't an issue other than their serviceman was just unpleasant. The other simple fixes have been simple and they did good on those. In the store itself, most all of the employees are pleasant but the wait time is usually insane and their waiting area is the most boring place imaginable. I'll probably use this place again in the future even though I don't love it, just because I know it. But not on car locks for that I've cough up the extra money and go to a dealership.

They are very fast in getting someone to my house and their service is also very fast and efficient. Both times someone had gotten everything done in less than twenty minutes. Lately I've had to replace a deadbolt and locking door knob to our garage and instead of waiting for a house call I decided to bring the pieces to their actual location to be done - our garage couldn't be locked and it couldn't wait. I called and was told they could do it on the spot, but they closed at three. I got there at 2:30, was greeted with two smiles from the two people there and bing, bam, boom, not even 15 minutes later I was off with a new door knob, new deadbolt, and both keyed to the same master key.
