So my partner at work needed some toilet paper and was looking for a small bottle of hand sanitizer for work. The sanitizer I already they didn't have but we still asked if they any available. He said no on the hand sanitizer but they did have a big shelf and a box full of toilet paper . I went outside told my partner that they have paper for him. He needs some for home until he goes to Walmart. So we head back in and ask how much, we got some a few days ago for $2.99 for a 4 pack from another gas station . He tells us hey they are 7.99 for them, I say for a 4 pack? He said ya, my manager buys them for under $3 but he marks them up to this price. I told him that's fucking crazy especially from a store. If I wanted to get ripped off i would just buy it off of Craigslist. He did say sorry but it's not him it's the manager or supervisor here. So not upset at him just the supervisor then. I would say this place is trying to make money in a time of crisis by marking prices up pretty crazy. I did go to another ampm and they sell toilet paper for around $3-3.50 so not $6-8 dollars . They charge $.35 for every transaction. Gas, C-store items, doesn't matter how much you spend, a $.35 transaction fee is tacked on. For that reason, a big fat NO. read more

This convenience store/gas station was right across the street from our hotel. We grabbed some water for our mountain bike ride, and the service was quick and friendly. I don't usually frequent AM/PM because of the .35 charge to use my debit card...but it was close. The entry/exit was fairly easy, so we were able to get in and out quickly. read more

This is the closest gas station to the airport/rental car return. However, it's cash only. And even if you had cash, you have to select the pump that you want to use from a central kiosk, making a quick trip to the gas station a huge inconvenience. Went to get gas and cashier physically held onto my credit card while I was pumping. She said she couldn't charge me until I pumped the gas. She also stated she needed it in case I ran off without paying. How am I supposed to know she didn't take all my credit card information while I was not in the store? Also charged me 35 cents. The only store in Tucson that charges when you use a credit card. And if you need gas at night good luck. There is always a hand written sign on the store front window that says closed for cleaning. It takes all night to clean. SMH. read more

Little known fact about this business that some might find helpful. Especially those in a bit of a rush to get to the airport and are just stopping by to top off the tank of the overpriced rental car......bring cash or a debit card. They don't take credit cards. And expect a .35 fee for the debit card. read more

UPDATE: Having your "loyal" customers harass me via private messages for the reviews I write is not a smart way to have me to change my mind about a place. How about informing me nicely that you made updates to the features that I thought your establishment was lacking instead? With that said, this my review, and it will stay that way: Good lord! This place makes it so difficult just to pay for gas that I truly wonder if they even want my business. It's cash/debit (Note: By debit, I mean Mastercard debit only, not Visa, which is what I thought a majority of people have?) prepay only, but going to the pump you wouldn't know that. It seems like you should be able to just pump and then pay, as it acts like it will pump until you actually try it. There's no feedback telling you to pre-pay or anything. Eventually, through looking around you see a pay kiosk located between pumps, but the machines don't function well, as I couldn't even get a receipt let alone change from there. So I ended up having to go inside anyway. At the very least, get a damn sign on the pumps that tells you to pay before pumping. After leaving I just wished that I paid extra for the rental car company to fill up my tank for me, as it would have saved me some frustration. read more
