I replied no I'm here to pick up for a customer for UBER eats. she said "no my machines are down" I'm like ok well the order went through on my end ill contact UBER Eats. she started to mop at my feet and hit with it. I didnt take any offense at first until she didnt a 2nd time a little harder and I kicked the mop off of my shoe. An entire full-fledged room, y'all. I was struck by the size, the inventory, and the force of the frost emanating from that beverage blockade. I'm sure living nearby is nice and convenient, because they seem to boast a lot of fare standard gas stations just can't be expected to stock (probably due to a lack of space... This isn't the typical awkward shoebox of a space gas station clerks occupy.) In short, this is one BIG OL' gas station market.

I'll never use this car wash again! 07/24/2026 update: My claim number is 220871, Location 2408 (Brentwood). In response to this comment: "We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old". The hood of my car was factory installed and the car is less than 5 years old. Hence, Quick Quack is 100% responsible for the damage that occurred to my car as reported. I now use touchless car washes as I value my car and will no longer risk damage to any of my cars.

Three days later, it wouldn't start at all, threw check engine codes, and left me stranded. ​A mobile mechanic inspected the vehicle and found that the fuel filter was never tightened properly--it fell completely off, and the internal seal was destroyed. An independent diesel shop confirmed the faulty installation starved the system of fuel and ruined the fuel pump, resulting in $7,000 to $8,000 in damages. ​Valvoline refuses to take accountability for their technicians' gross negligence. As long as you pay close attention to the digital oil level message on your dashboard after the top off and communicate that to the techs - you'll get the right levels.
