We usually go to Chatsworth Fuel, but we were further into the Valley and saw that this Arco had a good price, so Dear Hubby pulled in. The station seemed hectic somehow; they get a lot of traffic because of their decent prices. I stayed in the car as I was dealing with a work email. Wow, just had the worst Arco experience of my life, after filling up $80 of gas and going in to the store for a cup of ice, I had this security guard chase me down I the parking lot to pay $1 for the ice or dump it out. Then he followed me out to take a picture of me and my car, and the owner came out to flip me off. I'm sorry for anyone that has to go to this place, the gas handle smelled like piss and the parking lot was a nightmare to get in and out of. read more

Gas prices are ok for this area. Vanilla ice coffee frothy frosty kind. These are hard to find. Its great Used to be more icey this one melts too quick and its then just too creamy and meted. little too pricey too $3.27. I could just pay a little more for Starbucks or whole foods organic coffee. But it's a quick fun one to get "sometimes". Too much for an arco gas station coffee though! I get 95% of my gas at this station, but tonight when I called to see if the price was still the same, because I was almost on empty and didn't want to drive all the way over there, they said it's their "policy" not to discuss prices over the phone! I went here on July 7th 2021 around 12:45 a.m. to buy gas on my way to get to 101 freeway. I was going to pay with: 1 x $20 1 x $10 2 x $1 21 x 25¢ 14 x 5¢ 30 x 10¢ A total of $ 40.95 in cash and the cashier refused to take my change Now mind you, this is quarter to 1:00 in the morning, there are no customers in line and he has nothing else to do, but to give customer service. Everything is nice and neatly stacked separate and it's not like I throw a bunch of change in front of him and asked him to sort it out. I had everything stacked nicely and he says, we don't take loose change, you have to roll them, no smiles and won't even make eye contact with me. So I said, there isn't enough of any denominations to make a complete role, do you just want to take the quarters and he says no, we don't take loose change, not even the quarters! So he expected me to just give him the $32 and take his abuse, but I didn't. I just said okay and walked out. You can't treat customers this way, I am not giving you any business. I just drove a few blocks down on my way to 101, I stopped at the next Arco on Winnetka & Roscoe and the gentleman there was extremely nice and he took my change with a smile. How soon businesses forget that it was only a few months ago, when they were wishing for customers and they were actually asking customers to pay with change. This is the cheapest Arco on the west side of the valley. But with all Arcos, they don't accept credit cards - only cash or debit so... FYI. AM-PM is great. They have a vareity of snacks, sandwiches, hotdogs, buritos, etc. They also have the usual toppings / condiment bar where they serve mayo, bbq sauce, relish, chopped lettuce, chopped onions, cheese, salsa, etc. to compliment your sandwich or hotdog. The BBQ-rib sandwich for $1.59 is delicious (better than the McRib sandwich)! Grab them from the heat oven, piping-hot, put a little extra bbq sauce, mayo, and relish from the condiment bar... BAM!. I could not believe what happen to me today. There at that arco. I went inside to get something to drink and something else. As I was ready to leave I have received a call from one my employee 's ask me where I am. I told him I an at the gas station and to come by and I will get you some gas. As I was waiting for my guy to arrive, I had a rental cop ask me what was I doing there for 40 minutes. I tried to expan to him that I was to fill up one, and he cut me off told me to leave. One of the best gas prices in west valley but if you need anything besides gas you're better off going somewhere else Arco on Fallbrook is cheap also and 76 on saticoy and canoga also decent price and accepts credit cards. 5 stars because of the price! This is the cheapest gas station in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley combined! They have a Chase ATM inside so you can withdraw cash and pay the cashier to avoid the debit card service charge. They are open all hours of day and night. Have a drive through car wash and convenience store full of all sorts of items. Make sure to put on your patience hat! A lot drivers come here because of the prices so you may have to battle for a spot at the pump like a gladiator tournament! read more

Worst customer service ever at a gas station. Pay station outside was not working, so I went into the store and waited in line. When it was my turn, I asked the clerk Jose that I was going to pay for gas with debit card, then he replied "you go outside and do it outside" I explained that I tried and it was not working. He proceeded to next person in line and gave me cold shoulder. I went back to outdoor station to pay and again not working. Walked back in and told Jose. I went here to buy a lottery ticket and cash in a 3.00 winning ticket and was told by the cashier that per company policy they do not cash lottery tickets on the weekends , they will of course sell you tickets but if you win on the weekend you must wait until Monday to collect your winnings no matter what the amount , so I just went to the local 7-11 where they gladly cashed my 3.00 ticket and I also bought 10.00 more. read more

Definitely one of the cheapest gas stations in the Valley. Usually Arco is pretty good about that, but this one always seems to have the lowest prices. Although I will say I've been here a few times when the pay stations outside have broken down. Also they don't have any squeegees even though they seem to be set up for it. read more

just had 1 of the worst experience is at a_m_p_m everI've been going to AM PM every single day for the last year I spend $10 every single daythis is the one in California on desoto Boulevard And plummer st in chatsworth I was purchasing my regular stuff and a Dukes beef jerky this beef jerky I've been paying 599 every single day and it rang up at 699 I went to the manager and busy lady she was very standoffish and was unwilling to adjust the price to match the advertised price she said she doesn't know where it came from there was only one spot left on the whole beef jerky rack the only place IT could go and she still was on willing to budge and give it to me for the advertised price she said she's not discussing it with me anymore I walked away from me I felt very offended and she came off very rude and superior to me this is completely unacceptable anD you lost a customer for life it was about 7:30 a.m. When I was there she said she was the manager I don't know her name because she was not wearing a name tag but there were only two ladies in The store working and it was not working "Yoeny" it was that other lady who needs to be retrained I've never had any problems like this at your store this is completely soured me and I will tell all my friends and their friends about this awful experience it wasn't even about the stupid dollar it was about the way she treated me and ultimately she was calling me a liar and she doesn't trust mesomething needs to happen to resolve this read more
