The gentleman there (Amer) has the worst attitude and customer service. I went there to pump gas. I used my rewards of $1 dollar discount and paid for $200 dollars of gas. I went outside to the pump to pump my gas, he came outside to my pump and said that he could not do the transaction and he cancel it. He didn't give me a reason why he couldn't do it. My sibling and I went in to use the restroom but couldn't find it only saw storage closets. When we asked an employee, she rudely said "there's a sign" and pointed to a door blocked by a rack. There was a hidden sign saying the restroom was out of order, which she could've just told us. Instead, she started cussing at us and told us to "get the f out". I go to this Arco a few times a week and the cashier who is usually there is always sitting down and often rude to the customers. If she cant reach something she expects the customers to push their purchases forward to her. Her name is Belinda. She is also most of the time on her personal cell phone. There isnt a time when shes NOT. The last time i was there i needed to use the rest room but when i opened the door there was blood all over and the place smelled putrid. Seems like she cant get up and see if anything needs to be cleaned cuz shes too busy on her phone. All i can say us that she needs to be replaced ASAP! Avoid this car wash. It stopped working right after it sprayed water and soap. All of sudden I see drops of water like rain and it's over. No green light no washing the car. No air. No nothing. I didn't really know what was going on. I went in and let the cashier know what had happened. Showed them my receipt I had paid using my atm card at the entrance of the car wash. She said That wasn't possible. Even with my receipt in hand. Apparently she said the card machine wasn't working. So why did I pay get a receipt and the car wash start. So annoyed. The gas prices have remained low at this gas station, which has attracted many customers and, unfortunately, a lot of scam artists and peddlers as well. Beware of the lady carrying her child who claims she and her family just arrived from out of state and needs 'anything you could spare' to pay for her family's (there's supposedly other kids sitting in the car down the street) stay at a local motel for a few days. There's also the young man with the empty gas can, whose car ran out of gas down the road, but he forgot his wallet. There is absolutely ZERO reason at 1030 am on a Thursday for your bathroom to be so utterly disgusting. It is clear it is not being cleaned. It wreaks of urine and lord knows when the floors have been mopped, or even deep steam cleaned. Spend the money and improve your customer experience. There were literally 4 employees laughing and standing around behind the counter. Someone take the time to go clean that filth. AND more than half your pumps were out of service. I go to this arco since it's cheapest and closest to home. But damn the scammers are annoying as f$#k. One time I saw brother man (team of 2) asking people for cash to put gas in his ride. Must've asked 3 or 4 people. I looked up and saw him taking out a wad of cash from his pocket. Then came over to me and before he even asked, I told him don't even try. Second time, this blonde girl who's been parked there for a while comes around the pump and asks if I can give her a couple of gallons to get to Temecula. Yes, there is plenty of reviews that the bathroom is disgusting but it's because CUSTOMERS! CANT! KEEP! THINGS CLEAN! Majority of the time why the bathrooms are out of service because #1 uh DUH we are in a pandemic?? And #2 CUSTOMERS CANT SEEM TO STOP TAGGING AND URINATING ON THE FLOOR!! Just had my debit card info a stolen from this station. I tried pumping gas at pump #14 this morning at around 9am or so. The card reader at the pump seems jammed and only half my debit card went in. So I went inside to pay. I just got email and text messages of fraudulent charges adding up to $1000 on my debit card. read more

This is far worse than any third world gas station I have ever been to. Neither the manager, nor the staff, give a rats a*s about his customers. Most of the time the car wash is broken and will not take credit cards. Of course you don't find this out until you've waited a half and hour in line. When you ask to see the manager, they are very reluctant to get him. He is usually in his little office and comes out blurry eyed as if he just woke up or, worse. The law states that a bill is perfectly acceptable as long as it has at least 3 corners. That means I can give you a bill that is torn up and as long as you can distinguish the corners, it is legal. I called him over the phone with him and he starts to deflect his responsibility and gets an attitude. The owner has terrible customer service skills. I had someplace urgent to be at. Pros: Right off the freeway. Semi-clean (not the bathroom!). Affordable prices. Cons: Extremely dirty bathroom. U-turn at light required to get back on freeway. If purchasing carwash, must go inside. Another thing I don't like about the carwash is that it allows the person behind you to go inside while you're still drying and it starts their wash. Had a very poor experience using the car wash here. I drove into the car wash and the soap started spraying then suddenly turned off. I waited about a min and it didn't turn back on. A worker named Amir came out and began to yell at me and told me I had to get out of my car to get a new receipt for the car wash. I told him I was in a hurry and had a chilld in the car, I would have left but there was soap all over my car. Amir was the rudest attendant I have every encountered and felt very attacked. Consider hiring a better staff. Also, after the car wash my front light fixture came off and now needs to be replaced. AVOID this place! read more

After driving through the mess of trying to get from the 91 to the 15, I needed some gas and went to the giant signed Arco station off of Weirick. Unfortunately my timing was "off" since they were "changing shifts" between 10:45-11pm...EARLY. It was only 10:40 on my phone and the cashier gal was turning people away! Like really?! This Arco's prices are usually higher than any other Arco in town. Lousy car wash - really rough machine that will scratch the heck out of your car. Beware. And as if that wasn't enough, there is almost always a wait (since this Arco is right off the freeway it's always packed) to get gas. I've been to some bad gas stations and had some horror moments. Once a few years ago I paid the gas attendant $20 and then walked over to my car to pump my gas. Only $5.00 in gas came out, so I went back inside to ask the clerk what the problem was. The clerk then looks back at me and says: "You never paid me $20 for gas. You gave me a $5bill. Now leave before I call the cops!" Well, my experience here at this Arco wasn't as bad as that, but it was pretty bad. 1st of all, this is one of those gas stations where there is a full-time panhandler who will come up to you and give you a sad story about how his mother died and his car ran out of gas when he was on his way to San Diego to go attend her funeral. This guy has been here since August, and apparently he still hasn't collected $5.00 to get enough gas to get to San Diego, but he does have a new coat from H&M. Today, Me and my friends all got stranded here at this gas station for 10 minutes because of the odd ball workers here. They got this one guy who is Asian but he has a really bizarre sounding voice and almost sounds like a 60-70 year old Scottish man from Glasgow. It is impossible to understand what he is saying, which makes difficult situations much more difficult. There were 3 people in the gas station who at the same time were complaining that No gas was coming out of the pumps. Yet, this stubborn worker kept insisting that all 3 of the customers were the ones who made the mistake. Apparently, this worker was making the argument that all 3 of the customers came into the store at the same time, and all 3 of them gave the incorrect gas pump Number, so their money went to another gas pump. I find that pretty hard to believe. The other workers were kind off just d*ck riding the guy and giving all kinds of attitude. After like 10 minutes the guy finally gave up. I recommend going to the Arco which is 2-3 miles south of here on Temescal Canyon. The gas is usually 1-2cents cheaper, and this crap never happens. read more

Corona friends...steer clear of the arco (AM/PM) off of the 15 fwy & weirick. My wife stopped in there to get a car wash and it malfunctioned and stopped washing half way through. She went inside to let the attendant know and to get a refund. The manager on site proceed to yell at her and cuss at her, telling her she was a liar and that his car wash was working just fine. This is the cheapest gas station around and there is always usually no wait to pump gas however sometimes when they do shift changes you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to pump your gas which sucks but other than that it is great and worth the money read more
