The gas station itself looks good and is usually well-organized--but only when Patti and Chere are running the place. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, neither of them were there, and it really showed. There was no food available, and the coffee wasn't fresh at all. It felt like no one was paying attention. Wow, this ampm has some of the worst customer service I have seen at any ampm. And I go to many ampm's. I was on my way home from a long trip and thought I would stop by, grab a drink and use the restroom really quick. There were two customer service girls and it was not busy at all. I decided that I would get the $4 Hot Dog, Drink and chips special that is advertised all over the place. So I take my drink and hot dog and a bag a chips up to the counter and I ask "are these chips the ones that come with the special?" and she said "I don't know" and shrugs her shoulders. She then tells me it's $5.81 or so. I say "No, I want the $4 special" and she tells me "what special". ARE YOU KIDDING, it's posted everywhere. I point to the digital display on the soda machine but it turns into another advertisement. I then show her the sign and is over the condiment bar showing the special and again, she says "I don't know!". So I go look around the place and I find some Lays packages that are smaller and I think these are it so I take them back up to the counter. The girls gossipping in Spanish. Lo sé porque hablo español. She didn't know that they had that special and she would go help me find the chips; with two workers and almost no clients. I can understand why they do put their names on the reciepts like most receipts show. But cashier #13, you need training. Both in ampm programs and customer service. You go in there and spend 100.00 on fuel and they don't have the courtesy to have a window squeegee and some water ( water is always empty ) no paper towels. If these were my employees they would be fired. These are basic needs clean windows to prevent accidents and paper towels to check your oil to protect your engine. If you need to use the bathroom at this establishment, do not do it! It's straight up NASTY! Doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned with the dirtiness everywhere . Floors, toilet dark with scratched up graffiti. The whole thing reeked of urine. I didn't even want to sit with a seat cover and did the squat! Sink wasn't any better to clean my hands. I dont know who owns this Arco on Wierick dos Lagos but they need to get it together. Some a handful of the staff are great! I think they are awesome and remember you when I come in, the others are more annoyed that you're there or mad I interrupted thier story when i came to the counter, I come almost everyday. So I've gotten used to some of the less sociable ones. But my real beef is the store CLOSING every minute for some stupid excuse or another. Theres always a minature sign on the door with some excuse ( I literally never seen any gas station do this before ever) but they totally closed down the whole store for the following reasons; shift change break, family emergency, lunch, short staff, leaking floors. Those are the ones that I know of that I've seen taped to the door and let me tell you the signs are very tiny and you don't see them until you get out your car and . Wait in my car for someone to mop for four hours.. really why doesn't she have a another employee like most just do that can take orders while she mops it's just absurd. It's just like who runs business like this who says no to thousands of dollars that they're losing because they don't have enough employees.? My dear, I'm still here. It's been 45 minutes and the" shift change." is nonexistent because there is no other employee here. I just wanted to make a point and as I could to see if it was just an excuse to put a sign up. Am I missing something do all gastations do this close for over an hour for shift change. I Witness 21 people walk up and try to get in just to be turned away by a minature paper sign. DO NOT use the car wash! It broke the antenna cover on my 2016 Kia Optima. I spoke with the owner of the car wash and he claimed that in the 8 years no one has EVER had damage in his car wash, which is a lie, after look at his past yelp reviews. I know some of you will say that you are supposed to remove your antenna...but I had a stock sharkfin antenna cover. You don't remove those. I guess I just thought the owner would take responsibility for the damage done to my car in his car wash. I have had my car for 4 years and have been in drive through car washes with NO issues. So I guess if you continue to use his car wash proceed with caution. But I will NEVER be back to that car wash or gas station due to the poor customer service from the owner!! read more

I stopped here over the weekend for gas. I have twins, so stopping anywhere and making the babies sit in their car seats causes turmoil equal to a nuclear war. I walked inside to pay and there was 5 people in line and only on attendant at the register. The customer at the register purchased lottery tickets and other things, in other words was taking forever. A second employee had no work shirt yet was sitting directly in between the two cash registers on their cell phone. To the left of the registers a door to an office was open and a third employee, wearing a uniform, was sitting on their cellphone. Next thing you know there's 8 people in line and tension in the air. Anyways it took forever just to pay! All while i had to stare at employees on their phones. Either go hide, or get to work. Once I paid I had to return to the Nuclear Winter outside all thanks to an understaffed business located next to a bust freeway. Can I get a refund for that 10 minutes of my life? read more

This place is horrible, employees are always on there phone, they do this thing at night called a "shift change it says from 10:40-11:10 I just left there and it was 11:20 and was told it would be another 20-30 min... Are you kidding? An hour for a shift change... All while I can see the employees on there phones... I live right around the corner and I'm always in here, a few months back they had an employee completely drunk on the clock... I love the location and price of this gas station. It is one of my most frequent stops as I make my drive from Lake Elsinore to Corona. However, the restrooms are absolutely appalling. I understand that this is a busy service station but the condition of the one single Male/Female restroom was unbearable. It would be great if they paid better attention to this. read more
