Just left this place five minutes ago asked if their register does cash back and sister lady told me to follow prompts rudely in front of what looked to be a manger's meeting. Now I'm not sure if she was scared of not understanding her job or the rush of customers or fear of her managers but every time I go in this place I receive thee worst customer service. I asked another gentleman about the prompts and he said just read. My transaction was complete the line was long my time wasted and felt disrespected once again this time in front of their team leaders. Wyatt is just another example of horrible customer service. I'm not sure if people who come in to this business are terrible customers but I can say the people who choose to work here leave their personal lives back at home. read more

CAR WASH ONLY- Did not visit store: Got gas & car wash. Car wash is not worth the wait

For the past 3 years since I moved too this area every time I pass by to purchase at this location the restrooms are never available for use during night time hours. Poor customer service do not recommend to stop by here. read more

It's a Circle K. I don't usually go to Circle K, I'm more of an Arco girl myself. And sometimes Chevron if I'm too lazy to drive to an Arco for gas. I always wonder though if Circle K puts water in their gasoline lol I feel like when I do go to Circle K, my gas doesn't last as long. Maybe it is all in my head? I don't know. lol Aside from my own bias, this is an okay Circle K. Relatively clean-ish. Not my first place for a pit stops, gas or goodies (snacks). But if you are dying and have to go pee like now, then this place will do the trick lol I had to hold the gasoline pump the whole time because the locking mechanism was not working. I'm not sure why this irritates me at gas stations. Like why these dang things don't work right lol You are charging us an arm and a leg for gas, and you can't make sure the pumps work properly?? read more

Tall balding man kept eyeing me like a was stealing. I get it, I'm walking in there with my work attire stained with reminants of drywall debris. A lot of working men stop there. After all, it is conveniently located. But dont stare at me like I'm some theif. I'm a working man. Then you "checked me out" when I attempted to pay via the "SELF checkout station". You came over to check me out anyway to make sure i paid for all my items is the only reasonable assumption. Then, after i tried to joke with you anyway to break the ice to your dry ass attitude, you dont respond at all, like i wasnt talking to you. Owner, manager, whoever is in charge, throw his dry ass in the freezer or the back to work where people dont have to deal with HIM. I'm literally crying while I write this but I don't know what else to do, I'll be contacting whomever owns this particular store. I am a paying regular customer (i come here probably once a day for a snack and a Powerade before MY OWN food industry job so I am WELL aware of COVID safety. I am fully vaccinated for the record and I came in today just for my drink and something to eat before work I picked up a sub sandwich which looked dry and I asked "GEE" (who had already made me feel like I was a suspect by calling one of her employees names out loud and muttering something to her.) I then noticed a man in front of me and GEE and the other employees STEALING some gloves and a phone charger which they saw and did nothing about. I asked her if they had any sub dressing to put on the dry sub and she replied with a finger pointed towards the front saying that's what we have so I put the sub back where I got it and went over to the Mexican pastries. Now the other employee she called was go figure now right next to me and asked if I needed any help.. I decided to take her up on the offer because I really wanted to try these and was interested in what she would recommend. She did I decided yes so here I am with 2 Mexican pastries m(pre packaged by the way) and I walk to the adjacent side and grabbed a iced hunny bun. Then I was approached AGAIN by "GEE" telling me to stop touching things in her store... everything in my hand I had every intention of buying... just like every other time I'm here. I do not steal. I come here almost everyday and this woman decides to embarrass me in front of everyone else in the store for grabbing the last item I wanted to buy which was that hunny bun. I was so shocked that she said what she said to me and made me to feel like I was doing something wrong ... I wasn't. I have a riv county food handler card I work in the food industry And I am fully vaccinated but this woman is talking very loud and so sure of herself that I put the things down and said I wouldn't be a customer to a store that treats another citizen who also is working during this pandemic like I am the plague. I told her mam why are u talking to me like this when you did nothing about the man that just walked in and stole some gloves and whatever else and u let him walk out... but here I am being humiliated like I'm doing something wrong!. For the record I know COVID safety very well as I practice daily at my job so I believe this was just a personal attack even tho I have never seen this woman in my life. If the owner reads this please get in contact with me because I'm liable to bring this incident to the better business bureau and post on every platform online until this woman is formally written up or demoted. She said this was her store and I know it's not. I'm sitting in the bathroom right now and she's knocking on my door and wouldn't leave until I answered her! Come on!! Will management please please do a further backround check on this woman. She's now in the restroom with me pretending to clean as I write this review. Thank god I'm wearing sunglasses as my face and my feelings are truly truly a mess over this. I pay my taxes. I buy everything and I never break the law besides when I occasionally have to speed to get to my job because I'm a single mother trying to raise a good hearted and non discriminatory little boy. Lord help this woman "Gee" or "Dee" I didn't deserve the attack I endured from this woman over pastries that were individually packaged on the shelf. I'm disgusted with the service from here and sadly I won't be coming back and I will tell my friends family conworkers and anyone who will listen to drive up the road to the other circle k ans avoid this One like the plague read more

Came here passing through on the 15 to get a car wash. $17 for the most inclusive package and it seemed pretty high tech and fancy but it took forever! The count down for the car in front is cool but the car wash is just slow. We had four cars in front of us and it took a good thirty minutes. The line where you wait is nice and long though so there's no congestion. The actual gas station and inside looked nice and new and affordable prices especially compared to LA which I'm used to! read more

if there was a half-star review, this is what they get. they charge for a carwash on my receipt 2 x in which i did not order. maybe, they have cheated me $ hundreds of dollars, because i do not bother reading my receipt after a fill-up. i know a lot of customers ignore the receipt, especially if the pump does not print it. for other customers thousands of $$$ have been cheated on them. they have just refunded 1 of my receipt. every thursday the high octane grade(91) is much cheaper than the middle grade it could be the cheat day... stay away from circle k gas stations with a car wash facility. go to arco or shell...stay away from all cheating circle k gas stations thank you and drive safely. avoid road rage lots of crazies out on the freeway. read more
