I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had at your AMPM location involving an employee named Javi. When I first walked in, he immediately told me I only had two minutes, but he said it in an aggressive and hostile tone, raising his voice at me. As I continued shopping and went to the front, he again yelled that I only had one minute left. Before that, I had asked him if the store was open 24 hours, and he told me yes. He also stated that he was the owner, which was confusing because at the same time he claimed he was clocking out. That contradiction raised concerns about the accuracy of what he was telling me. The situation escalated when he began cursing at me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly scared. On top of that, he made inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward me, including insulting me personally and continuing to curse at me in Spanish. What made this even more frustrating is that after leaving and going to another gas station, I came back shortly after to check if the store had actually closed, and it was still open. Javi was behind the counter calmly helping other customers, which makes his behavior toward me even more unacceptable. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and not something any customer should have to experience. I would like this situation to be addressed seriously, as no one should be spoken to or treated in this manner. I expect appropriate action to be taken regarding this employee. read more

Absolutely love this location. It's super clean and offers healthy alternatives that other gas stations don't have. I like to check in and grab my coffee and they offer almond milk. They also sell a variety of fresh baked goods and nuts. Definitely my go-to in the area. read more

This gas station continues to be the most overpriced gas station in the area. Do not ever get off on Temescal Boulevard. Twice now I have stopped here in an emergency to use the bathroom and twice they have said their bathrooms are in operable. This is illegal and not acceptable in California when food is being served. I have been going to this Arco (#4216) since we moved to Corona in 2016. I normally go early in the morning on my way to work. On 03/22/21 at 3:30am, I used my debit card to purchase gas (87 octane), accepted the $0.35 fee and when I tried to pump gas (Pump #11), no gas would come out ($0.00). I returned the pump to the cradle and requested a printed receipt (nothing). I tried a different pump thinking it may have been the pump and accepted the $0.35 fee again only to find out pump #2 did not work as well (again no receipt printed). I drove one exit North to the Arco (#4253) at Dos Lagos and filled up my tank ($42.36). Low and behold, I check my bank statement and I have (2) pending charges of $100.35 each (Arco #4216). $200.70 placed on hold from my bank account for gas I never received. I immediately called the Arco and was told they ran out of 87 Octane that morning and that's why no gas came out of the pump. I responded to the Arco later that afternoon to speak with a manager to have the charges immediately reversed and was told the manager was not in, to leave my name and number, and she would call me in the next day or two. REALLY! How is this even legal? So now I have to either wait to see if the charges are automatically reversed or dispute the charges with my bank so they can release the money on hold back into my account. I will never use my debit card at this gas station ever again and I recommend you do the same. read more

Gas prices stay pretty low bc they get a lot of traffic, and do good volume I imagine. Always stop there midpoint from La to Temecula and Vice Versa. On Nov the 8 about 3am I stopped to get gas. Exact date an app time bc it was my Moms Birthday. And dropped her of after playing at Pechanga, in Temecula. A tall slender fairly attractive black girl was there that morning. Working alone as far as I could tell. Paid for my gas inside, an purchased the Teavana tea. I remarked that it seemed a lot. And she said the California crv was $1.50. I let it be bc I was thirsty. I made a comment how it must've went up, and no wonder ppl pick cans at that price. Too tired to think it through, get home an right on the bottle it says 5 cent. Can you imagine we should all quit what were doing and start collecting cans and bottles if this was the case. Pfft a buck 50 for a bottle qtr she charging an extra 6 bucks for a six pack? I called the next day manager wasn't in. Told she will be in on Sunday called Sunday. She left. Called again an told a girl what had happened she thanked me and hung up. Called again the manager was on vacation. Called again left me name and number. No return phone call. Been trying to reach a person in charge since Nov 2017. Totally impressed! I usually stop at ARCO/AMPMs for coffee and gas. Gas was a great price and the coffee selection was amazing. Chocolate syrup, all the flavors you could ever want, whipped cream from a can, not the usual kind that doesn't ever seem safe because it's been out at room temp for days without being cleaned. I've stopped here many times and never noticed this- probably just stopped for gas. I'll go to this place just for coffee even if I don't need the gas on the way down to Temecula. I met a manager and she was super nice. Cashier was, too. Seriously one of the best gas stations ever! read more

The guy behind the counter is telling everyone that they are doing a "shift change" and can't do any business until 10 PM. He tells everyone that this is perfectly normal and all businesses do it. This is the dumbest crap I've ever heard. This store actually shuts down for 15 minutes, every night, to change who's working the counter. What a bunch of brain damaged morons. read more

I have been going to this gas station for years and filling up my tank every time with 91 octane gas. Today I used my debit card to get gas, accepted the $0.35 fee and was able to put in $0.44 worth of gas. I tried a different pump thinking it may have been the pump and accepted the $0.35 fee again only to find out I pumped $0.11 worth of gas. When I went inside to ask what the problem was I was told they were out of 91 octane gas. I asked for a refund of the service process fee and I was told no. This is bullshit. I realize it's only $0.70, but that's not the point. I asked why there wasn't a sign posted saying they were out of 91 and he said he was not allowed to post a sign. Great customer service Arco. Not. Staff is helpful and gas is cheap but the car wash SUCKS. I could still see dried dirt after running my car through it twice... I got the medium level car wash ( not sure what its called, not basic and not delux, premium maybe?) and my car was still noticeably dirty. So i went inside and asked for my money back or another free wash. He was nice enough to give me the best car wash for free, but my car was still filthy after. I think its because it doesnt have those spinning scrubber things, its just a water pressure jet. Anyways it doesnt work very well. So dont waste your money read more

I was using the am Pm app and I won a coffee prize so I went in to use it when getting gas and the guy said we don't take those In the app it says ANY am pm location It held up a line behind me and the finally honored it but employees should be trained on the app and products so it doesn't cause an issue for the customer read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Go there if you want to "chance" them having gas that you paid for. Put in my debit card, paid the 35 cent fee and got 8 cents of gas before they "ran out". Employee could care less "we are probably out of gas we have been waiting since 3 for a fill up... you can try another pump." When I asked if I would have to pay the fee again he said yes, but I can't guarantee you will have gas in any pump. Hmm why would I waste my time. Figure it out am/pm! Hire better employees who at least know how to take care of your customers when YOU run out of gas instead of encouraging customers to keep trying. FAIL read more

The worst AM/PM ....... is one of the newest ones around and there hAS and ALWAYS is a problem with the card reader machines....... I rarely get gas there and now I am reminded why I don't.
