Stopped here for gas and bathroom break and to grab some snacks for the road. While my husband…read morepumped the gas I went in to ask where the restrooms were. There was a woman behind the counter on a computer with her back turned. She kept her back turned as I entered and approached the counter. I asked where the restrooms were located. No response. I asked again a little louder thinking maybe she was hard of hearing. She again did not turn or make a response. So I asked again, louder. She turned and gave me a sweeping arm gesture. I said, are you saying the restrooms are around the back outside? Her back was to me again and no response. I repeated myself and got no response. It was so bizarre I wondered if she actually worked there and the I asked: do work here? (Ok I yelled it.) She turned around again and said we have no restrooms for you. It was strange and rude and did I say strange? (It even crossed my mind that she had the real employee tied up in the back and was robbing the place.and didn't want to turn around so I could see her face.) This is a truck stop type gas station with a mini mart attached. We noticed there were zero trucks or cars getting gas while across the road a similar gas station (Shell) was packed. The truckers evidently have learned to avoid this place. Undercover boss would have a field day at this place.

Filled up with about $75 in gas. Walked into the store and saw a sign that said "no public restrooms", to which I assumed that meant restrooms for customer use only. I asked about a restroom and was pointed to a sanican out front. Looked like it had been there for years. Now, this is the major north south route, not some backwoods route. How embarrassing for 76......I will be letting 76 know about this store compromise using their brand. Sadly, the next few southbound exits had much better stops on route.

Worked well with State Farm in Stanwood, very pleased with outcome. 2 Years later, hit one of those yellow safety posts at gas station, minor damage. I went into Gerber and asked about an estimate. They are very busy (booked out months), and Don asked if he could just look at it for a quick estimate. I said sure, that would be great. The damage is a 6 inch dent, on/or below door level passenger side back door, with the yellow paint stuck on my black truck. The yellow paint made it look worse, the dent is there, but not real noticeable by itself. (The yellow paint stain was gross). That said, Don came out and looked and told me my options. One option was how to get rid of the yellow paint stain. He said, get/buy this..... and get/buy that.....and I said, let me write this down. Don said, I can just do that for you now. 1 minute later the yellow paint was gone, and I had the dent and the bare steel left, but Don gave me a solution. Thank you Don, you are a true General Manager. 3 accident events in 3 years, and Don handled them with the utmost Professionalism and quickness. Thank You Don.
