I visited on a Tuesday at 11AM and there were only two other patients waiting in the lobby. The lobby as fairly large with plenty of seating. I visited the front counter and told the receptionist about my referral. After locating my information in their system, she gave me a couple forms to fill out. She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Once the forms were completed, I waited approximately ten minutes before I was called back by the X-Ray technician. The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.

I left my hotel and headed straight there. (I left my emergency bag behind shifting my work things out of my car and back into my home before our family trip.) I was so impressed and grateful with how quickly everyone here worked to get my son the care he required. The service here was phenomenal. Within minutes of checking in, my son and I made our way back for vitals then we were in a room. Dr. Andrews and his team gave him an xray, ran a few tests, gave him a breathing treatment and sent us on our way after sending our prescription into a local pharmacy. I'm so thankful for the thorough care my son received here and can't thank everyone working for taking such great care of my little guy. Thank you, I'll never forget it.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
