I had a vodka martini and the vodka was so smooth and mild flavored, no harsh alcohol taste at all! It's fun to watch the bar tender shake up your cocktail. When weather permits, sitting outside is really lovely. This place is a bit more polished than many places in Fairbanks. The interior is warm and cozy, perfect escape on a cold winter day. Highly recommended! We will be back!!!

I've never eaten a flower or had a pumpkin spiced cocktail made with real pumpkin but boy howdy, I did here. And I loved it. My wife loved her Lemon Basil Pedroni, as well. They gave us a recommendation to where/when to see the Northern Lights and told us how to avoid bears. Both vital information. Now to try and find a special occasion to drink the awesome bottle of vodka they made for us. If you're touristing, you should totally visit here.
