Had some time to kill before checking into our cabin. Got a flight for cheap (compared to California prices) and tried a few beers. Our favorite was the bartender's recommendation -- Red Raven. I liked the cool setup inside and their walls feature local artists work for sale. We tried the brisket and mac and cheese from the bbq vendor they share the space with. Excellent service.

I really liked Lat 65. I try to go to all breweries in every new town I visit. The ambiance was good. The beer-tenders were very nice and welcoming. They had great merch. The food from Frozen BBQ was outstanding. The only thing I absolutely hated were the low table chairs. They are the metal kind that just hit your behind in a very uncomfortable way. I don't understand why more breweries don't invest in better seating. You want people to come in and stay awhile. We couldn't wait to leave because of the chairs. They do have high top tables, but because of being with aging parents, they needed a low table. The beer was good. I especially liked the Pink Boots IPA on tap. I also really like that they had flights. Our table ended up trying almost everything that was on tap. I would definitely go back again. Cheers!

Tasty flight, friendly bartender had dinner recommendations, and beautiful local art on display! Apparently they don't can, so I'm glad I tried it while we were in town!

Great brewery with lots of space. The food is being run separately. Order, pay, and pickup up next to the bar. I never had peanut butter burger, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The cheese was smashed crispy. It's been a minute since I had a good burger! Delicious!

Large area to sit, had lots of artists' art on the walls, very nice art. The guy was nice and we picked out 4 4oz pours for a flight. You pick which ones and write them on a card then he fills them out. We came here 1. Because I wanted to try the food truck, Hot Diggity Dogs which don't have a yelp, and they were open today, Tuesday, (not mondays). The beers were all good! The lemon blackberry saison was my favorite! The stout was OK, the sour was pretty tart, good flavor and the cider was mild in taste. Their sparkling lemonade sounded good as well. Plus they have moose's tooth rootbeer on tap! Both nonalcoholic! Check their website for current brew list and what food truck they will have.

The brewery is very large and open. The music is a nice mix of everything. The girl behind the bar was knowledgeable and was able to help us find the perfect beers for us. The beers were flavorful and refreshing. The food was hardy and well seasoned. The meats were pull-apart good. I can't wait for my next visit!

Sampler, all were excellent, IPL might be my favorite

An outstanding addition to the Fairbanks brewery scene! This is a brewery person's brewery: - Big interior with ceilings, built around the brewhouse area - Dogs allowed inside - Counter where you order the beers - Beers frequently rotate, you'll find multiple new beers every time you visit - friendly, unpretentious service - occasional food trucks out back This is just an amazing place to hang out. If I lived in Fairbanks I would come here to edit photos and enjoy ambient people. Their beer is all over the place, in a good way. They brew many different styles, all are great takes on said styles. They have everything from pilsners to IPLs to lacto sours to brett beers and back again! I definitely recommend you get a taster tray. It'll be hard to pick just 4, though!

Clean | Chill | Options Clean - The facility is really clean. Easy to walk around and very inviting. Chill - The place is super chill. The staff is very helpful, and the patrons are low-key and looking to converse with neighbors. Options - they have a lot of options. I had their cider which was a solid choice. I would happily get it again. The Price to quality ratio is pretty good, given it is Fairbanks, where everything is more expensive. Pro tip - They have tons of parking. So, no worries about leaving early. Pro tip - They allow you to bring outside food. So feel free to pack snacks or have uber eats delivered.

Came here for lunch at Frozen Smoke BBQ after a reindeer excursion and it really hit the spot! I ordered the popper smash burger and my friend ordered the BBQ smash. Huge and super filling, absolutely delicious. After ordering our food, we stepped over to the Lat 65 counter to order some brews. Opted for their ciders, which were very smooth and tasty. I had the mimosa cider and my friend had the crangerine cider. Love the laid back vibes and friendly staff.

Lat 65 has the best beer and atmosphere in Fairbanks Alaska.I went with some family friends on Saturday night about 8 adults and 10 kids and there was plenty of seating for all of us. We were also able to bring our own food. We elected to bring 2 large pizza and snacks for the kids. The brewery offers IPAs, blondes, reds, stouts so there is something for everyone as well as multiple non alcoholic options. Couldn't of asked for a better place to meet up with friends. This place is also dog friendly. I recommend the nitro oatmeal stout or the hazy bou IPA.

Great viewing area for the northern lights. And the food was top tier, one of the best restaurants I've eaten at on my trip to Alaska

My boyfriend and I went to every brewery in Fairbanks, on our last day in town, even HooDoo.

After spending two weeks in Fairbanks, one piece of advice kept coming up from the locals: "You…read morehave to eat here." They weren't wrong. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome -- not just well served, but truly looked after. Attentive without hovering, friendly without forcing it, the kind of hospitality that makes you instantly relax. The food selection was dangerously good. The kind of menu that makes you abandon all self-control and think, "I'll just try a bit of everything." No regrets there. Special mention to the bar staff, whose cheerful, infectious outlook on life set the tone for the entire place. Her energy alone could warm a Fairbanks winter -- and honestly, a raise should already be on the way That warmth carried through the whole restaurant, creating an atmosphere that felt inviting for everyone, whether you're a local regular or a frozen traveller passing through. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome over the Christmas and New Year period and for adding another unforgettable memory to my time in Fairbanks. "Be careful... Alaska will get you".

We were saying at the hotel so came here twice…read more - Crab stuffed mushrooms: comes with a cream sauce; best thing we ate here - Cajun pasta: the pasta was extremely overcooked but the sauce was nice enough although I wish it had more spice and flavor. The reindeer sausage is actually a little spicy and while the menu lists another type of sausage, I'm not sure if I saw that. The shrimp was not overcooked which I appreciated. - The garden salad is pitiful but we were craving veggies, and it does come with housemade dressing which is good. - Fish and chips came with 3 semi-decent sizes of fish that weren't overcooked but the batter was slightly undercooked inside and the fries were decent. It came with coleslaw which was good. We asked for another tartar sauce and it was a $2 extra to our surprise. - the blackened halibut special was not that good, overcooked, but the mango salsa on top was delicious. The yellow rice was much too watery and bland as if it was microwaved, but it seemed like they would give you another side (i.e. mash potatoes) if requested. It was also $45 which was more expensive than I expected so I'd ask for the price next time before I order any specials. Beverages: - the arctic warrior draft beer was crisp and light; I'd get this again - the best beer I had in Fairbanks so far
