Service was quick and friendly. Restrooms (individual) were clean upon our visit. I liked the space that this brewery had over another brewery that we had visited right before and would prefer coming here again if I lived in the area.

Pretty much: this is the tiny top floor of the Midnite Mine. It's functionally a separate business. (for example Midnite Mine is cash-only, Midnite Mine Brewing Company accepts cards!) It's probably tied with Onsite Brewing and Gakona Brewing for the smallest breweries in the state! Their batch sizes are so small, that you're only allowed to get 8oz pours, and no growler fills are allowed! When I was there they had a fruited wheat beer and an IPA. I had one of each, and they were both pretty solid! The server was really friendly and really knowledable about all things brewing. As I was sipping brews here, they were breaking ground (literally) on a full-sized brewery right next to this facility. Can't wait to see what they do with a higher throughput brewhouse! The Fairbanks beer scene is finally heating up!

There were cute little plants lining the walls and lots of wooden letters you could line up to spell names or poetry. They had bathrooms and the sinks were right outside the bathroom doors. My friends and I sat at one of the tables outside the little camper the bar serves drinks out of. Then we realized you could sit inside - and it is adorable in there! And comfy.
