Upon speaking to the person that answered the phone (Grady), I got a good feel from him - he sounded honest, sincere, and knowledgable. The quote was extremely reasonable from what I had researched. I booked their service on the spot. The movers arrived about 20 min earlier than their estimated window (if that was their only problem, then it was a great problem to have) and waited outside the location (as the person who had the piano wasn't answering their door yet). They arrived and the 2 guys carrying the piano were very respectful and great as well! (I think their names were Leon and David?) While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite. There were red flags I ignored and shouldn't have. We called twice and got two different rates…read morewithin the same day. 100/hr cash 120/hr card first rate we received, these rates hiked up to 135 cash 175 card. We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.
