I asked for a specific set that was posted on their page. They could not deliver the exact same set, which made me believe that they post other people's work and not their own. I also had two men working on me, the man doing my nails was Minh I was critiquing his work and letting him know that I did not like the flowers they were not supposed to be that way. He said "well I told you do do it this way" I told him this is a set I chose from their profile. I'm confused as to why they can't deliver the same set. Also, the flower wasn't even the same shape. He tried to paint over the flower with nail polish. Ultimately, I just told him leave it alone take the polish off. It doesn't look great. It looked horrible. Both the flowers on each finger are not the same size one is bigger than the other. This set would've cost me $140 for SHORTS which I honestly think is outrageous and very costly. This was my second time going here, and I had a bad experience with the lady who did my feet the very first time I went. Fool me one shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I went to this salon for the first time because I was recommended by a friend and at first it was nice and welcoming. I usually get my toes done and for some reason the person doing my nails was so aggressive with the foot scrubbing. I was literally wiggling in my chair and kept telling him that I'm sensitive on my feet and it really hurts ... well now I'm left with open wounds on the side of my foot. They charged me $85 for a pedicure. $55 for a fill (short acrylic) and because I wanted French tip it was $15 extra. So I paid $70 for a fill set. I found this salon back in 2021 but I had stopped going because the one time I got a pedicure it got an ingrown toenail that got infected. Fast forward to 2025 I was in the area and need a pedicure before the holiday weekend. I know, I know. Why would I go back? Desperate times call for desperate measures. Lol, I stopped by everything seemed okay. I even started going back a couple of times to get my nails and feet serviced but that's when I started noticing EVERYTHING. The place is not that clean and they use the same nail file with other clients when they do your pedicure, YUCK. The last time I went, that's when I noticed the nail file issue, I had made an appointment for 10 and I didn't leave the salon until 2!!!!! The guy working on my feet was taking care of everybody else but me. Not only that he wasn't switching his gloves. Also, it bothers me that they charge extra for gel polish. Oh and another thing, when they remove the gel polish, they don't soak them off like other places. They literally drill your nail bed which left my nails super painfully thin! My hands looked amazing but other than that be very careful yall. read more

0 stars if I could! The owner at the front desk kept trying to upsell me and pressure me into things I didn't want. I came in with a budget and would ask for the price of the services he would recommend and would say no thank you but he kept insisting. "Just get it" his exact words. This place is pricey pressured into a $40 for a manicure after asking for the price before I confirmed he walked away saying he will find someone to do my nails. On top of that he didn't remove cuticles and the massage was extremely rough it lasted about 30 seconds and felt like forever I didn't get his name. Also paid $60 for a simple pedicure with gel French tip. I did have gel polish and they don't soak it off they drill it off leaving nails brittle. I've never felt so much peer pressure in my life. The vibe I felt is they're just trying to upsell any chance they get. Wouldn't recommend!!! read more

I made a appt at 10:00am, I wasn't seen until 11:00. I asked for a pedicure with French tip which I was completely unsatisfied. He put acrylic on my toe and it just looked supper bulky, something that I had never seen before. I don't think the 85 dollars for a pedicure that I walked out with was worth it. Let me start by saying they do a good job on hands, a great job even. Hannah is really good consistently and the other techs also do well. I just would not recommend getting a pedicure here. I've had different people do my feet and it is subpar and the price does not reflect the skill level of the pedicurist. It's easy to tell they have those lacking in skill and knowledge do feet. They are usually nice and pretty straightforward otherwise which is why I am giving 3 stars. They seem to be good at sine things but not at others. read more

This has been my go to nail salon, they always do a good job, this was my first time doing a fill with them, and I wish they would have told me the fill was going to be the same price as my original set! I would have gotten a new set. $90 for a fill is ridiculous. They stated it was $5 more for a broken nail which is understandable. $65 for fill, and something about the length and design. I don't understand how this fill was $90, when my original set from them was $90?! Do not get your fills here just new sets. read more

A Great Experience Turned into a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Naked pedicure. I have NEVER been to a salon to get a pedicure and polishing of nails wasn't included. They wanted to charge an addional $15 to polish. I'm the type of customer who prefers to have designs on every toe (that's what I walked in with). I started to feel uncomfortable when I was explaining to the guy that was doing my pedicure what I wanted and he acted as if he couldn't understand what I was saying. Then I showed him a picture of a SIMPLE design that consisted of stripe lines but I wanted the stripes to match the colors on my finger nails. He still acted like he didn't understand. THEN he asked his co-worker to look at the picture, she looked and did a dismissive gesture towards my phone which was in my hand and that was very disrespectful. At this point I was fully uncomfortable and this is why I do not patronize any nail salon out here in the Inland Empire because most of these nail techs are lazy, do mediocre work (like the $62 pedicure that I paid for), nickel and dime you to death for poor quality work. Now back to the mediocre pedicure, the guy then tells me that he don't know how to do any designs. I was totally shocked because he should have said so from the BEGINNING because I would not have wasted my time and hard earned money on a mediocre naked pedicure that I paid $62. I would have been a happy camper with the awesome nail service that I received from the nice lady that did a wonderful job. Unfortunately I left without tipping for my services. And I was so HAPPY with my nails I was looking forward to coming back. I've always paid extra for designs on my hand and toes so the extra cost is no big deal, but paying $15 a simple polish is mad crazy especially since that is something that I don't want. I guess it's a blessing that I experienced the horrible part while I was there. I definitely won't go back. But I wish I could get the lady's name that did my nails so that I could zelle her a tip. Without the polish, the quality of the finished look of the pedicure was very poor, so the polish with designs still wouldn't have made a difference. So now I have to drive out to Hawthorne to get another pedicure with designs. read more

This place does really great work. Hannah especially. Her shape and technique is gteaThe main reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 5 is due to cleanliness. It is actually disturbing how unclean everything is. All of the tools they use are not sterilized or cleaned. I have seen them physically grab the same tools for multiple people. The files are reused for every person and they reuse the same drill bits on everyone without cleaning them before. I wish I could continue to come back because the work speaks for itself but the doubt of thinking I might get an infection is enough for me not to continue. Sucks but I hope they get better at being clean. read more

I want to start off by saying that I don't even usually do this but I cannot believe what I experienced at this nail salon. When I came in I originally came in for a nail fix THATS IT. I didn't even get the guys name, (which I should've and that's my fault) but he said it was going to be a 30 wait for 1 nail fix so he convinced me to get a pedicure and I was like ok that works considering I was thinking about going to them for my toes anyway because I did visit them previously for nails and they are actually pretty good with the fingernails. Anyways, an older woman starts my pedicure she's already handling me pretty rough, but I'm it's not that bad UNTIL we get to the Shaping and the Painting she completely missed the mark. I had asked for a design on my big toe but I had already caught vibe at that point she barley knew what she was doing or just didn't want to do it either way not my problem, but the same guy convinced me to get my toes done asked if I wanted a design like it was going to be a damn problem for one design! So at this point I'm just ready to go, they almost forgot about the broken nail I originally came in for, she cut my skin and on top of it all the guy that had to come in take over was trying to make excuses like her shaping and paintwork wasn't the issue! They are SUPER overpriced and they are terrible at pedicures period, point, blank I honestly should've walked out when he told me the price this is the last time I come here for a pedicure. read more

I came in as a walk in after work to get my nails done before my birthday and they saw me pretty quickly despite it being full which was nice, however the person doing my finger nails was a little rough and despite telling him I wanted short almond nails he said I didn't say anything and had done long/medium nails, he cut and filed them to my desired length however the shape was a little off and one even came out crooked, I ended up going home and fixing them myself since he seemed to be in a rush anyways. He seemed more concerned with some phone calls and talking to the other nail techs than making sure my nails were even. I was planning on asking him to fix them but after he finished he kinda just left and didn't see him again while I got my pedicure, which went smooth. The other gentleman doing my pedi was very thorough and gentle and made sure to ask me what I wanted. It was a bit of a disappointment since my first visit was great, this is only my second time here so I was looking forward to some me time and felt like I was an inconvenience to to someone who just wanted to leave. Other times I try to be understanding but getting nails done isn't cheap and I wish I had gotten the service I paid for from the person doing my manicure. I rarely get my nails done and this experience could've been better. I found this place on IG. I reached out and got a response and appointment very quickly. However I soon realized they are using others photos to promote business saying "our skilled nail techs are able to recreate". They don't have any pictures of their actual work. I went in anyways because what I wanted done seemed super simple. So I get a jelly pedi, didn't get the guys name but he was awesome. He was very focused during my foot massage and seemed to spend more than usual time on it. I can't complain. However, once I was done they moved me to the guy in the front seat. I got gel X and they were burning so bad! I asked him for a simple design on one nail and he told me to come back when "I" have time. Mind you I was on no time crunch. i have been a loyal customer for 4-5 years, bringing all my friends and family here to get their services done. but today my mom went and got serviced a pedicure at 9:30am, didn't leave until 11am and STILL didn't have gel on her toes. Louie was very disrespectful and kept taking phone calls in the middle of her service. he charged her $55 for JUST acrylic on her toes and made up the prices off a whim. there was no price list to go off of and just charged her whatever sounded nice. she left after the he picked up the phone for what seemed like the 10th time and told him she needed to leave. all in all, i will never be coming here again. read more
