I wanted to try a new nail salon, so I came here for a Gel-X set. At first, I was happy with the results and thought the technician did a good job. I got my nails done on the 4th, but by the 9th, one of my nails had already fallen off. That's only five days later. I wasn't able to come back until the 10th to have it fixed. When I arrived, I had to wait because the technician who originally did my nails wasn't there. They eventually seated me with someone else, and then we had to search for my nail color because they didn't have it on file, which was frustrating considering I had just gotten my nails done there. We eventually found a close match, and the repair itself only took a couple of minutes. While I was getting my nail fixed, there was a mop bucket full of water right next to my chair. One of the employees was wringing out the mop, and dirty water splashed onto me. Instead of apologizing, he laughed about it with another employee, including the person doing my nail. I stayed patient, didn't say anything, and waited until my service was finished, but that made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, after the repair they charged me $10 to fix a single nail that had fallen off less than a week after my original appointment. I expected them to stand behind their work, especially since the nail came off so quickly. The person at the front was also rude and dismissive when I questioned the charge. Now, only six days after having that nail repaired, another nail has already broken. At this point, it's clear that the quality of the Gel-X application is not lasting as it should. I've never had this many issues with a fresh set of nails in such a short amount of time. The salon itself didn't appear as clean or well-maintained as other nail shops I've visited, and after this entire experience, I won't be returning. I was disappointed because my first impression was positive, but the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, the cleanliness concerns, and charging me for what should have been a warranty repair completely changed my opinion. read more

I used to come here before I moved out of town and was so excited to come back because they do amazing nail designs and the best shapes. That's why this experience was so disappointing. I paid $80 for a full set, and within less than a week, four nails broke. Joe was kind enough to repair two of them, but another two broke again the very next day. I'm a very fair person and always try to resolve things privately before leaving a review. I reached out twice with photos. I even told myself, "Maybe it's the weekend, I'll give them time." But by Monday, my messages had been read and I still hadn't received a response. I'm not going to chase anyone for customer service. In this day and age, paying $80 plus a $20 tip for a set that doesn't last a week is unacceptable. I got my nails done with Lee & even though the art was beautiful, the experience was bad. I asked for the nails in the attached picture but I requested a different color for French tip. My nails are along the keyboard. I had also requested a different base color, but Lee kept saying "no" to me and did not let me get a different base option. It was disappointing but the people around were looking at us so I didn't push it. When she showed me the gelx nails, I asked for longer nails but again, she said no. I told her I wanted them longer and she said that medium was best. At that point, she was rude and embarrassing so I just stayed quiet & let her work to avoid any conflict. I wish I walked out (but on the bright side, Hanh did my pedi with acrylic on my toes and she did really great). I also asked about getting acrylic on my toes. Lee said the set would be $25 & the lowest pedicure was $26. I wanted the same French tip color (which was a gel polish) on my toes. When she moved me over for my pedi, Lee gave Hanh a gray polish with white pearl chrome. Lee completely changed it from the gel polish that I picked originally. I didn't know it would be a charge. I upgraded the pedi to the $55 so I thought $55 + $25 would be $80 total. After I left, Lee suddenly charged me extra for the pedicure. All of a sudden it was $45 for acrylic with a $10 fee for the pearl chrome & the $55 pedi that I did pick. I paid her because she seems like she really needed it and she would turn problematic if I didn't send it to her. I decided to try asking if I could get my nails done again because these are my wedding nails, but she was very cold. Of course, when I paid her money, she was kind and even put a heart in her text message to me. That shows the kind of person she is. Her art is good but everything else is a red flag. Give your business to someone who is kinder and who genuinely cares about you. read more

I went to this salon for the first time because I was recommended by a friend and at first it was nice and welcoming. I usually get my toes done and for some reason the person doing my nails was so aggressive with the foot scrubbing. I was literally wiggling in my chair and kept telling him that I'm sensitive on my feet and it really hurts ... well now I'm left with open wounds on the side of my foot. They charged me $85 for a pedicure. $55 for a fill (short acrylic) and because I wanted French tip it was $15 extra. So I paid $70 for a fill set. I found this salon back in 2021 but I had stopped going because the one time I got a pedicure it got an ingrown toenail that got infected. Fast forward to 2025 I was in the area and need a pedicure before the holiday weekend. I know, I know. Why would I go back? Desperate times call for desperate measures. Lol, I stopped by everything seemed okay. I even started going back a couple of times to get my nails and feet serviced but that's when I started noticing EVERYTHING. The place is not that clean and they use the same nail file with other clients when they do your pedicure, YUCK. The last time I went, that's when I noticed the nail file issue, I had made an appointment for 10 and I didn't leave the salon until 2!!!!! The guy working on my feet was taking care of everybody else but me. Not only that he wasn't switching his gloves. Also, it bothers me that they charge extra for gel polish. Oh and another thing, when they remove the gel polish, they don't soak them off like other places. They literally drill your nail bed which left my nails super painfully thin! I came in with a budget and would ask for the price of the services he would recommend and would say no thank you but he kept insisting. "Just get it" his exact words. This place is pricey pressured into a $40 for a manicure after asking for the price before I confirmed he walked away saying he will find someone to do my nails. On top of that he didn't remove cuticles and the massage was extremely rough it lasted about 30 seconds and felt like forever I didn't get his name. Also paid $60 for a simple pedicure with gel French tip. I did have gel polish and they don't soak it off they drill it off leaving nails brittle. I've never felt so much peer pressure in my life. Let me start by saying they do a good job on hands, a great job even. Hannah is really good consistently and the other techs also do well. I just would not recommend getting a pedicure here. I've had different people do my feet and it is subpar and the price does not reflect the skill level of the pedicurist. It's easy to tell they have those lacking in skill and knowledge do feet. This place does really great work. Hannah especially. Her shape and technique is gteaThe main reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 5 is due to cleanliness. It is actually disturbing how unclean everything is. All of the tools they use are not sterilized or cleaned. I have seen them physically grab the same tools for multiple people. The files are reused for every person and they reuse the same drill bits on everyone without cleaning them before. I wish I could continue to come back because the work speaks for itself but the doubt of thinking I might get an infection is enough for me not to continue. This has been my go to nail salon, they always do a good job, this was my first time doing a fill with them, and I wish they would have told me the fill was going to be the same price as my original set! I would have gotten a new set. $90 for a fill is ridiculous. They stated it was $5 more for a broken nail which is understandable. $65 for fill, and something about the length and design. A Great Experience Turned into a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Naked pedicure. I have NEVER been to a salon to get a pedicure and polishing of nails wasn't included. They wanted to charge an addional $15 to polish. I'm the type of customer who prefers to have designs on every toe (that's what I walked in with). I started to feel uncomfortable when I was explaining to the guy that was doing my pedicure what I wanted and he acted as if he couldn't understand what I was saying. Then I showed him a picture of a SIMPLE design that consisted of stripe lines but I wanted the stripes to match the colors on my finger nails. He still acted like he didn't understand. THEN he asked his co-worker to look at the picture, she looked and did a dismissive gesture towards my phone which was in my hand and that was very disrespectful. At this point I was fully uncomfortable and this is why I do not patronize any nail salon out here in the Inland Empire because most of these nail techs are lazy, do mediocre work (like the $62 pedicure that I paid for), nickel and dime you to death for poor quality work. Now back to the mediocre pedicure, the guy then tells me that he don't know how to do any designs. I was totally shocked because he should have said so from the BEGINNING because I would not have wasted my time and hard earned money on a mediocre naked pedicure that I paid $62. I would have been a happy camper with the awesome nail service that I received from the nice lady that did a wonderful job. Unfortunately I left without tipping for my services. And I was so HAPPY with my nails I was looking forward to coming back. I've always paid extra for designs on my hand and toes so the extra cost is no big deal, but paying $15 a simple polish is mad crazy especially since that is something that I don't want. I guess it's a blessing that I experienced the horrible part while I was there. I definitely won't go back. But I wish I could get the lady's name that did my nails so that I could zelle her a tip. Without the polish, the quality of the finished look of the pedicure was very poor, so the polish with designs still wouldn't have made a difference.
