Ive been using this ridiculous Dry cleaners for the last year or so as it's really close to my home, but by far has had the worst experience. Every time I take my sarees or Indian outfits, they never remove the stains and blame it on the stain, the material, etc. This time I was very upset because I had given a couple of sarees with none of the stains removed and one with threads coming out? The main lady came out stating if I had repetitive issues like this, why i would use their business again? I did tell her that the proximity was a convenience and now I would rather go a longer distance and get better customer service rather than this so called dry cleaning . There was an issue where i saw 2 holes in a saree and they confirmed this was there before the cleaning by showing me pics and i apologized for my error. But this lady was neither apologetic for her rudeness nor offered a discount off the total bill nor offered a second trial? All she said was "thank you for not coming again ?? Folks, Please take your clothes elsewhere to get your moneys worth and to avoid her rude nonsensical customer service. read more

My family and I have been going to these cleaners for many years. They recently changed owners and not knowing, I took 8 of my cashmere sweaters there and all 8 were shrunk. When I brought it to their attention they just said we dry cleaned according to instructions. The only way this could have happened if they used water. If you like your clothes, do not go here. read more

I give this business a negative rating. This business just changed ownership, the new owners are not as good as the original .I would categorize them as being very novice in the dry cleaning business and need more time to learn it because they have a very poor business acumen. I would highly recommend that you use an alternative cleaners in the Ardenwood area and completely avoid this business all together. Sorry but the owners response to my post was not what I agreed to. The service was poor, how they handled the payment process was unconditional, and frankly lame, and I will never go there again after a 20 year stint of cleaning my clothes there. The owner did not take the proper steps during the transaction process that would have prevented me from going back two times. They really need to go to business school to learn how to run a business. I'm saying they are very bad, please trust me, they are not good, I would not patronize this establishment at all. These guys are awesome. Not to be confused with Arden Cleaners by the 84 entrance, which is a cleaners that closed down for business. Ardenwood cleaners is in a little strip mall on the corner of paseo padre/deep creek in fremont in the ardenwood area. They give good prices, and also they had my stuff done a day before I was to pick it up. I'll keep returning as long as I keep getting service like this there. read more

want to start off by saying this establishment is under new ownership so any of those previous negative reviews hold no merit. I take all my clothes here almost weekly for a wash and fold service because they have a great rate and also do the best quality of work out of all the wash and fold services I've tried. The owner is extremely friendly and always makes sure my clothes are ready in a timely manner. Most recently I went to pickup my clothes to find I had left a large sum of cash in one of my pockets and it was neatly placed and a little bag along with my laundry. Amazing people and amazing quality of work. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Owner is a nice guy, he's always working. Service is great and on time. I don't know why all these new comers to Fremont complain so much. If you haven't lived in Fremont at least 20 years please don't complain! Your lucky you live in the Bay Area compare to where you come from. read more

If there is a negative rating, I would definitely chose that. Not only they messed up my $400 outfit, they yells at customer saying that it is not their fault. Instead, what they said was who knows if I messed it up and brought it back. Lord... Anyway, avoid this cleaners. BAD BAD people who does not respect customers. I would give them negative reviews if I could. AVOID like it was the plague. I tried this place out because it's so close to my house. I brought in 2 delicate silk material shirts in. After I picked them up to have my husband try it on later that night both shirts had tears down the seam on the shoulder (they used a really hot iron to press it.) You're a dry cleaner, don't you know the fabric you're working with and that it should be pressed on low. To make matters worse, I brought it back to see if they can do damage control and see it to fix it. They said they can't and blamed it on me that the shirt was old. EXCUSE ME, they are not old shirts, that's the material of the dress shirts and they both have only been used once. To top it off, I asked for a refund since 1) they ruined $200 worth of clothing 2) My husband and Dad had to buy two new shirts to wear to the wedding 3) they couldn't even re-use the shirts ever if they wanted to. The man at the front laughed at my face saying he won't refund me my money for damaging $200 worth of clothes because he worked on it. Don't ever go here. my gosh! does yelp have zero rating? this cleaners messed up my dress. i have this blue dress with black stones and needed to be dry cleaned. i picked it up today and when i saw it, i was like this is not mine...the stones were gone. the lady said the stones from my dress messed up other clothes...am like what??? so she said, they have purchased materials to fix my damn dress...she ended up putting a black lining under the bra line with two cheap ass flowers or whatever that is...grrrhhh...i was so irritated. then, i asked her how it costs or if she would give discount... you know what she said to me- again, again the dress up messep up other clothes- am like, that is not my problem you guys know that it has stone to begin with!!! she said i even have to pay extra because they have buy the material to fix my dress. I said- "you should have called me before fixing my dress & you should have told me that it is messed up now!!! I even said, I'm NOT going to pay you extra or tip for messing up my dress!!" Today was a big shocker for me. I have been going here for couple of years now .... not that I was impressed with their service but did not find any close by ... But today I see the girl charge $2.00 for a shirt ... just laundry not dry cleaning ... When asked why was she charging $0.50 extra ... because it was just 1 shirt ... When asked since when is this policy and why were we not made aware of ... ? "Well we can't keep telling all customers about the price change". I am not hung up on $0.50 but the attitude.
