The service writer is interested in maximum profit and will rearrange the schedule accordingly.. He is not a man of his word..I do not trust him and will never go there again. Every time I go there it is the same...the scheduled appointment is not honored and he tells you that the appointment time is when you can drop the car off..The latest appointment was to have an alignment redone because it not done correctly the first time...IE you are rescheduled for Mr Tire to make more money.

This was my second interaction with them. I had four new tires installed approximately two months ago. I took my car to another location just recently because I kept losing air. I was told it was a cracked stem from someone who serviced my rims earlier this week. They replaced stem however it continued to loose air. Upon taking my car back to Hammonton, I was informed I had a screw in it. They quickly fixed the tire AND charged me nothing. I was overwhelmed and touched by the outstanding service and care. They are my tires servicer of choice. Many thanks and blessings to you!!!!!

I am a veteran with very little funds and I desperately needed a vehicle for my new job search. A…read morefriend recommended Manny's and even called ahead to arrange a deal for me. He and I, both explained to Manny that I know very little about cars and I just wanted good, basic, reliable transportation. Manny's was an hour away but my friend assured me it was worth it, as I was nervous about not being able to have my neighborhood mechanic look at the car before purchasing. Manny sold me a 2002 Toyota Camry with 145,000 miles and repeatedly stated, "trust me, this is a 'green light' car, you are good to go with this, I want to help a veteran out." I am not a "car guy", and beyond looking for the very basic stuff, like fluid leaks and making sure the car starts, I have no idea at what I am looking, I am not a macho guy trying to prove that I am gear head, and I readily admit it. I just want to be treated honestly. Manny knew this and took advantage of it. The car seemed to drive well and Manny told me the car was just what I needed. I paid cash to save some money and took it home. I took it in for PA inspection stickers and here is what happened when inspected and verified by two licensed mechanics that do not know each other, one is located in Philadelphia and the other is located in Bensalem. Their reports were virtually identical: 1. failed emission inspection, 2. failed safety inspection, 3. major oil leak in valve cover gaskets, 4. bad spark plugs, 5. bad brakes, 6. bad rotors, 7. brake lights out, 8. bad rear sway bar bushings, 9. broken flex pipe, 10. broken window washer nozzle, 11. broken sway bar bushing bracket bolt, 12. bad struts, 13. bad power steering belt, 14. bad battery that can't be recharged. I called Manny and immediately his accent mysteriously became super thick and his understanding of English suddenly decreased. He stated that "green light" can mean anything and that to him it means the engine starts and the transmission works, that's all. I acknowledged that the term "green light" is subjective as there is no legal definition, but that he knew what I perceived it to be when we he utilized the term. He stated that it is not his responsibility to make sure that I correctly understand or interpret what he means. He then told me he was busy and had to go. And here I am, broke and stuck... Manny, here is my number in case you form a conscious and change your mind: 215-941-0945. :-(
