Second, I bought a car from them and the check engine light appeared two days later. Now I did hook it up to a scanner and it showed a total of 18 codes. The check engine light code showed that it was turned off three days prior(which they said they didn't do). Now I live in southern Delaware so I had to bring the car back (5 hours of driving) to have the car repaired. They kept the car for almost two weeks and they did deliver it back to me after some negotiating. Forget trying to talk to anyone, it's a AI driven and they won't answer the phone. Left several messages and NO response. The service manager never returned my call. I had to contact the Attorneys Generals office and the Better Business Bureau in order for them to return a call. They gave me a 30 day temp tag which expired one week after they returned the car to me. I asked for a new temp tag and was never given a response. Car was inspected in Delaware and the car sat for almost two months in my driveway with expired tags. This dealership is the definition of sleazy used car dealerships. Zero stars should be an option!!

At 1040am we call the number on the window and it seems we really disturbed whomever was on the phone. He was upset that we were calling him without an appt, even though one of his employees told me he would be there. He quotes me a price on the phone way higher than what was on the car, and then proceeds to make me feel like an idiot because their website mentions financing, yet they don't do financing. If a business cannot get the basics such as scheduling, and having clear Information on their website, I can't trust that the cars are in good shape. After reading some of the other reviews pertaining to the employees there, I believe I made the right decision walking away. South Jersey is overrun with used car places that are friendly, helpful, and provide correct information to the public, anyone of them would be a much better choice.

He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

I dropped my car off to him and as soon as he was finished I went back to pick it up and wow was I impressed. Since my first interaction with Ryan up to now he has been stellar. I will be taking my wife's car to him for some headlight buffing and a body wrap also. The one thing that keeps him above the rest is his integrity and accountability and those attributes are hard to come by........
