As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

I dropped my car off to him and as soon as he was finished I went back to pick it up and wow was I impressed. Since my first interaction with Ryan up to now he has been stellar. I will be taking my wife's car to him for some headlight buffing and a body wrap also. The one thing that keeps him above the rest is his integrity and accountability and those attributes are hard to come by........

He was genuinely a cool guy and we talked about the new Mustang. I said I would just love to drive one, I've been a Mustang fan my whole life. He grabbed some keys and we went for a cruise. Chris didn't act like your typical sales guy, he was laid back and a true car enthusiast. No talk about numbers or deals. It was like two buddies just out for a cruise in a hot rod. When we got back, we parted ways and I went to check on my truck in service. I really wanted that Mustang. I went back to Chris and said "Hey man, I don't think I can afford that car, but can we just see what it would cost?" No problem. He ran some estimated numbers and the payments were well above what I could afford. I told Chris that and he said "Hang tight for a minute." When he came back, the GM was with him (I forget his name). He said "Give me a number that would need to drive off in that car today." I gave him the number, he looked at Chris and said "Make it happen." They ended up giving me a lot more money for my truck than I thought a dealer would, and they kept going up until my payments on the Mustang hit the mark. No haggling, no hassle, no back and forth. Seriously, they put the price exactly where I said, worked with Ford Credit and got me a rate you'd barely call interest. I was treated like a repeat customer from the beginning. Top class dealership!
