It's like this: if you want similar kind of beef, you can get a filet style stir fry at any Chinese restaurants. If you crave fries, you can get in any American food joints. There's nothing special holding these ingredients together. Service is exactly what you would expect from a family owned business: warm, friendly and down to earth. They have four different kinds of enchiladas with a choice of fillings: chicken, pork, beef, or cheese. I chose pork. These enchiladas were served with the mole on top, a very pretty presentation. He told us that the mole recipe came from his mother! And, they were delicious. Both meals came with a nice little dinner salad. And, because it was my birthday, Guillermo gave me dessert. I had flan, which is served on top of a sauce. I think he said it was passion fruit. Complex flavors from start to finish! The flan had a delicious coconut flavor. Both my husband and I savored it.
