The whole entire time as they were re-making the order he repeatedly tells me that this was my mistake and not his. I get that the misunderstanding may have been partly my fault because I wasn't specific in which chicken option I wanted, and I acknowledged that to him. However, that does not justify speaking to a customer in a belittling or disrespectful manner. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others in the Bushwick community.
