They overcharge you three to five times more than normal! I'm extremely disappointed with their service. On July 8, 2025, I contacted them for auto insurance. Later the same day, after speaking with my car dealer, I decided to cancel because the price was too high. I called right away to cancel, but they still withdrew nearly $400. Over a month has passed, and I still haven't received a refund. Every time I call, I get a new excuse -- "wait two weeks," then "another two weeks," and now they're blaming me, saying I canceled incorrectly. That's false -- I canceled on time and followed their exact instructions. One employee, Max, was especially rude. He spoke to me in a mocking and disrespectful tone, repeating "Seriously?
