I don't mean seasonal turnover where they shut down an entire row and fill it with boxes, I mean everywhere in every row. You can't get to half the product so turn you're losing money. I was standing there with two ladies in a row and she tried to reach over some boxes to take some dried flowers and ended up dropping everything. The other lady said this is ridiculous and put down her stuff and walked out, and I was almost there as well. A few weeks ago, a younger gentleman was taking shelving through the store from the back out front to a storage unit around the corner. It was a large piece of metal, 6 feet long by 3 feet wide, and he put it behind his back and dragged the thing through the entire store, scraping the floor all the way as he went. You could hear it, dragging and scraping and bouncing off the shelves as it went down the aisles. I don't understand how anybody can be in business. The manager was standing right there watching him and couldn't have cared less.

This is the first really bad experience I've had with a Costco food court and this is not my normal Costco. I called ahead and pre-ordered my pizza. When I paid for my pizza. I also ordered two mocha freezes and a strawberry frozen yogurt. The food court staff did not put the lid on the mocha freeze and for whatever reason thought this was a coyote ugly experience and slid the mocha freeze across the counter with such Force. It went right off the counter and all over myself and my son. Wall covered in sticky sugar, the food court staff just stood there watching us. A random 7-year-old had to go and get paper towels so I could try to not track mocha freeze all over. The food court staff immediately asked if I would want them to remake the one they threw at me. I was beyond confused and told them I have to go to the bathroom to wash out my shoes and pants now. As I was able to catch one of the mocha freezes. The food card staff told me they would put it in the refrigerator To which I'm thinking you will remake my order. When I come back. After trying to remove all of the mocha freeze in the bathroom, we came back and had to wait in line as they were very confused that we still wanted our order. They finally gave us our pizza which they made wrong and told us we would have to go to the end of the queue if we wanted to get the pizza we ordered. A. At which point a manager was called over to try to assist in the situation. She told me she would watch the video feed later and wanted to know what she could do to help. I said I would like my food but since it's not ready I would like a refund. She then said she would give us a gift card but that would take too much time and the next time we come to just ask for her? Everything about the situation was weird. She then tried to get a refund on my $17 order but was unable to. Eventually she handed me $10 cash to try to fix this mistake. I was still covered in mocha freeze. The order was wrong. And I will not be getting food from this Costco food court again.

I buy a lot of bulk items for meal prep- things like oats, flour, beans, rice, vegetables, etc. The prices here are awesome; in store, you'll pay about $2 a pound for oats (store brand) but here it's $1 for Bob's Red Mill organic oats. Same deal for other dry shelf goods- as someone getting into cheaper meal prepping, this really is the place to go for such deals. The store itself is very basic- concrete floors, high shelving, barebones customer service. It is meant for business customers but I come here for my house- they also carry industrial/commercial strength cleaners, kitchen equipment and janitorial supplies. They don't carry electronics, entertainment, prepackaged meals, clothing or anything else of that sort. I don't mind though- I just go elsewhere for those types of items. Depending on what you value, I'd say it is definitely worth coming to this store either as a business owner or individual.

Excuse after excuse. Given the run around. It's not even about the money at this point just the principle. In my profession if I'm consistently avoiding the customer and giving them the run around I don't want to help them. I guess I'm naive because what do you expect with low wage employees in a state thats something like 48th in high school graduation.

The customer associate searched for the return label number on his own cell phone and was able to process the return without me having to drive home and get the necessary information. It was my first return, so I was not familiar with the procedure. Customer service like that is hard to find; I was blown away by his kind and helpful service attitude. I will always remember that and shop at Kohl's whenever I can.

They aren't nice enough to be a department store like Macy's or Nordstrom, but not cheap enough to be like Target. However, this store is clean and has amazing restrooms. Also, when making a return, I got $5 in Kohl's Cash that I decided to spend on some clearance candy. Upon going to the register, I found out that I had $10 Kohl's Cash on my account, so I essentially got $15 for free and didn't have to pay for any of the things I wanted to buy! No minimum, and you can use it on clearance items. Too bad Kohl's doesn't really carry anything that I wear besides Van's, undershirts, underwear and socks, but good to know for the future!
