Next we had Asian Pork Dumplings and then the Pork Belly Bao Buns with an asian barbecue sauce, homemade pico jalapeño and a sriracha aioli. Crazy good! My friend also had the Alaskan Halibut and enjoyed it. I had a bite and thought it was a tad overcooked for my taste, but in all fairness, my friend thought it was good. I ordered the Allen Bros Ribeye which was cooked perfect and was sooooooo flavorful. It was awesome. The Bacon Wrapped Chicken however, was actually black on top and the chicken dry and over cooked.
