It had been sometime since I last went to the Dentist. (5 years ) Needless to say I was dreading returning to the chair. Upon my arrival at Dr. Irvani's office, my fears began to subside. This is because of the wonderful staff and overall atmosphere of the office. I was checked in by Ronnie and Shiree at the front desk. They were phenomenal and helped lighten my mood. My appointment was for 9:00 AM and I was a bit early. They asked if I wanted to start early and I accepted. So accommodating! I was escorted back and met with Neda for my cleaning and X-Rays. I was seated in a comfortable chair that had a nice outside view and a TV to watch. The process was simple and both were done in the same location without having to move. Neda is an absolute professional. She did an outstanding job explaining what I needed and was so polite and calming. Despite my lack of diligence in scheduling visits sooner, my teeth were not too bad. I was given a cleaning and scheduled for a Crown. My Crown procedure was performed by Dr. Irvani the following week. Dr. Irvani made the procedure fast and painless! He explained everything and answered every question.
