My spouse and I have been loyal patients of Dr. Irvani's office for over 15 years, starting from when he and his team were located in the Lake Forest (Trabuco) facility. Naturally, we followed him because of the exceptional care and service we've always received. When I first moved to Orange County and needed a new dentist, I was quite nervous about dental visits. However, from the very beginning, Dr. Irvani and his team made me feel completely at ease. I'll admit, I was hesitant at first and didn't visit as regularly as I should have, but their patience, kindness, and expertise gradually helped me overcome my fears. Now, thanks to their outstanding care, my teeth and gums are much healthier, and I go on a routine basis. The office is always punctual, efficient, and proactive with appointment reminders, making scheduling seamless. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Dr. Irvani is truly a rare gem of a dentist. I unfortunately have struggled with dental issues my whole life due to genetic enamel issues, and virtually every dentist made me feel bad about it, tried to upsell me on unnecessary procedures, or just generally made visits utterly unpleasant. Dr. Irvani was the first dentist that made me feel comfortable, heard, and respected. He is also SUPER FAST, which I SO appreciate because fillings and drills and shots are miserable. When I've gotten a filling or crown with him, he's done lickety-split, and I don't have issues after the fact. I've been going to him since 2011, and even though I've moved further away, I still make the drive to this office because the whole team is lovely and respects my time. I am never left waiting in the waiting room, the billing team is quick to answer questions and compassionate with high bills, and communication is good. I'll also add that I've seen the dental hygienist Neda there for years, too, and I always leave feeling clean and fresh...and not in pain like some hygienists who rush and have a rougher hand have left me in the past. So many positive experiences here where do I even begin. Dr. Irvani and his staff truly care about their patients. This is a family friendly and classy dental office. The girls up front are kind, efficient, and communicate well. The hygienists are also great in every way. Dr. Irvani does almost everything in-house so there's almost no need for outside referrals. I've sent so many of my friends and family to him. Prior to finding Dr. Irvani, I've had root canals, a root canal that had to be redone and lots of other dental work. DR. IRVANI IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST IVE EVER HAD. He's had to perform major work on me as well and he is hands-down the BEST. Dr. Irvani did an implant for me four years ago and it has held up without any issues whatsoever. He just completed my second implant in an area where my previous dentist said could not be done.
