I just wanted to share an update, almost 10 years later (now a wife, 2 kids & living in long beach). I wasn't about to make the drive, but I had the most traumatic experience at Dr. Kim in Torrance (check my review for details, if you're curious how that went.). Without a doubt, I knew I had to go back to Dr. Sadri in Foothill Ranch. YES it's a drive (45 minutes or so) but I know I would come out of that appointment without tears or anixety. Yes the fear of the dentist is real ! The minute I get in, I am greeted by the SAME receptionist I saw almost ten years ago - Michelle. She is just a joy to deal with & a breath of fresh air. She handles everything with ease, & I am the anxious one in the office but right away, my anxiety goes down when I am greeted by her lovely personality & calming demeanor. Really ! When I saw Dr. Sadri, it was like seeing an old friend again. He listened to my concerns. I told him what I needed (according to what the Dr. Kim office told me in Torrance). & I was shocked. He said I didn't need two fillings, & one of my "cavities" was just a stain !!! I still opted to get it taken care of, for my sanity. He took care of me & it was so easy. You can tell he's been doing this for awhile because he makes it look effortless (& not at all scary!!). He wasn't pushy at all, & I never feel like I am pressured in any sort of way when dealing with Dr. Sadri. I never feel like I am just a "number" walking through the door like I did at other offices. I was more scared of the deep cleaning, which I KNEW I needed (my last appointment here in 2021 or so, they recommended it, but I was too scared at the time to get the procedure done.) I conquered my fear & I was numbed with this strawberry gel & honestly just felt like a regular teeth cleaning !! Nothing scary about it. The hygienist was the most gentle, compassionate person. For anxious people like myself, she is a gem. Guys... if you're so scared of the dentist like I am, again. Make the trip to Dr. Sadri. There are thousands of dentists in Southern California & they are NOT ALL EQUAL !!!! (most of them are money hungry crooks $$$$$). It's so rare to find an office like Foothill Smiles. It doesn't matter where I am, I will make the drive always to this office ! I love this place. read more

Foothill Smiles is a wonderful dental practice. Dr Sadri and his staff are all so warm and friendly. They really care to get to know you and take care of you. Ellie, the dental hygienist, is awesome. She takes her time to provide you with a thorough cleaning. Like any good dentist should, they make recommendations and create a unique dental plan for you, but they aren't pushy and actually listen to what you want. Michelle at the front desk is so nice. She makes appointment scheduling (and resecheduling) super convenient and you even have the ability to communicate via text...bonus points for introverts like me who hate making phone calls. I wanted to update my review since my last one is almost two years old. My wife and I can't say enough about Doctor Sadri and his team. I've seen him at least ten times for dental work since my first visit. I have NEVER had an even slightly negative experience with him. He always explains everything he plans to do in detail, and his staff always breaks down the pricing, what insurance will cover, etc., to be totally transparent and not give you sticker shock after the work has been performed. My wife has seen him even more than I have for multiple procedures as well as teeth aligners and whitening. She also sings his praises. I live in Foothill Ranch down the street from his office, but even if he was an hour away I would still make the drive because he is the best. Even if you call the office and get voicemail which is hardly ever, the staff will respond almost immediately via text when they are open. I've never dealt with more efficient front office staff at any medical office, and my wife and I have had a lot of medical procedures done over the years. I couldn't recommend a better dentist for your family needs. read more

Great experiences so far! Located in the Foothill Ranch Medical Plaza, Dr. Sadri and the team are amazing. I came in as a new patient and it was really easy to get through the insurance paperwork. Actually, most of the paperwork can be completed ahead of time online - they are great with text and email communication! They also don't upsell anything, which is something I've experienced with other dental offices. First time I came in, I got a set of xrays, some cleaning, and fluoride treatment. They did their best to make me comfortable (I hate xrays), and they were quick and efficient with the cleaning and fluoride. They also provide optional sunglasses to protect eyes against the bright light! I also brought up a concern about a chipped tooth, and they scheduled me for the following week to come in and get it repaired. When I came for the repair, I was skeptical because Dr. Sadri said it wouldn't take long at all, but once he started, I was out in maybe 15min, and it looked great! He mentioned needing to color match, and I was struck by the similarity the process was to repairing drywall...anyway, the match was great - I can't even tell the difference. He also polished very well and I can't feel the difference between the actual tooth and the repaired chip. The front desk staff is also super friendly and remembers a lot of details from conversations we have while waiting - very attentive! Overall, really happy experience so far. read more

Seriously the best dental office I've ever been to. I've moved a lot and visited many practices over the years and this office has exceeded all other experiences. I've had to move appointments around quite a bit (sick kids, family emergencies etc) and there's never any attitude or drama from the front desk - Michelle has always treated me well and with genuine kindness.
