Been coming here for over 2 decades before they moved here. They were by dominoes before the plaza shut down next to the veterinarian office off los Alisos. I'm very particular about dental work and I will never go to another place. I moved to Temecula and tried going to Vinyard dental and what a mistake, they over charge and made me pay extra out of pocket after the fact. This place is WORTH the drive. If only I could rewind time... If only I had listened to my instincts... If only I had gotten another opinion.... It's too late for me, but maybe I can help someone else. I would not recommend this dental office. Horrible experience. I was recommended, a treatment plan by the dentist (and I naively believed everything I was told) that I now realize could have been addressed in much less invasive and MUCH less damaging way to my real tooth. Now I'm stuck with what she did to my tooth and there's no going back and there's no reversing it. It's too late because my real tooth was ground down too aggressively, to the point that I'm now facing a dental implant. I'm so upset and mad at myself for trusting the dentist's push for the treatment and going against my better judgement. I've had several consultations since to see what I can do because I have been living with constant throbbing, discomfort and occasional pain, and every consultation I've had all said the same thing - the work was poorly done, it was unnecessary to grind my tooth down to the extent that it was, and as a result of the poor work I now have gum damage and it's affecting my bite. My best bet to get rid of the constant throbbing and pain is to remove what is left of my tooth and replace it with an implant. I'm so upset, but I don't have many options at this point. The back office staff (the techs, RDHs) seem to change frequently, and they've been nice for the most part, but are very guarded and cautious about answering questions. It's clear they've been instructed not to discuss anything with the patients. The front office staff seems to change frequently too, and they all give the same judgy, looking you up and down and talking about you behind your back vibe. It feels terrible going into the office - from the disingenuous greeting when you first walk in, to the non-existent "thank you, have a nice day" when you walk out. If you speak up that you're not satisfied with the work that was done, be prepared for zero understanding and a whole lot of attitude from the dentist - and she won't be nice (very rough and brusque and making sure I aware SHE was annoyed and irritated with me!) when attempting to do some minor revision to the work originally done. And be forewarned, on top of the fact that it was a correction to work previously done, they had the audacity to bill me for the correction! Asking a patient to pay for a correction to work that was not done properly to begin with and billing their insurance is UNJUST and UNETHICAL. Please learn from my mistake. Save yourself a lot of pain, discomfort, expense for unnecessary treatment, expense to have the work redone correctly elsewhere, and the general unpleasantness of dealing with a business who knows they are in the wrong but gaslight you and try to make you feel like you're crazy and that what you feel going on inside your mouth is all in your head. Going to the dentists is never on anyone's list of fun things to do, but there's no need for it to be as traumatizing and upsetting as they made it for me. I have only myself to blame for going against my better judgement and initial instincts. I made a big mistake that I now regret, and have to live with the consequences every single day. We had an out of network dentist and we're paying sooooo muchhhh for our dentist bills for a family of 4, and I randomly found MV Dental Grouo looking for a new place closer to my house who was IN network with my insurance. I generally love acrisolada dentists but HATE dealing with their offices - at this point after 5 total visits between myself and my family, everyone is BEYOND thrilled with this office! Not only are both dentists we see just spectacular dentists with amazing bedside manor - they're also great with kids (my 5 year old had a blast!) and the billing was super straightforward. No surprise bills, nothing but transparency at the desk. Really happy we found them accidentally, and I highly recommend this office! read more

I had a wonderful experience today! I called later in the afternoon Friday and lucked out there was a cancellation for today! When I arrived the front desk gal was super nice and helpful. She had all my insurance information and my paperwork prepared. She was friendly and talkative, which i like! The dental hygienist was, Toni? Ugh I'm so bad with names. I adored her! She chatted with me while cleaning my teeth. She was gentle, patient and so thorough I was shocked! My last experience was elsewhere and they did an awful job. Toni cleaned everything up that they lacked in. She did it gently and kindly. I left feeling amazing! No soreness, nothing but shiny, clean teeth! I met with the dentist who said I needed a couple repairs due to the last dentist. He answered all my questions with great knowledge, he smiled and was nice! He too, was super gentle! I'm kind of afraid of male dentists because they tend to be very rough but this guy was awesome! I'm going back in a week for him to do a couple fillings. As of today i am very satisfied! I recommended my wife to this place and I will continue to recommend people here! read more

This dental office is one of the best I've been to. I was greeted professionally when I entered and was cordially helped. There wasn't much of a wait in the lobby and the facility was very clean. I'm sad to say that my family and I will not return because of how terrible the front office lady spoke to me. I noticed back in December she seemed a little rude and condescending but I let it go since we absolutely love the dentists. Last week I called to make an appointment and the way I was talked to was so incredibly rude. I was in disbelief that I said I'll just call back and was almost brought to tears and I hung up. When I called I was immediately put on hold which I completely understand. Then I was asked which doctor and I told her. I said Friday afternoon would be good. She gave me a time and I said do you have anything later on that Friday? She then said "Listen, if you need a certain time YOU need to tell me! But with an attitude and so rude! I couldn't believe how she spoke to me so I said that's ok and hung up. All I did was ask a simple question and she seemed so annoyed with me. I then spoke to a couple friends who also go to this office and they said they knew exactly who I was talking about and how rude this person is and how she speaks to them. I guess I'm just baffled because the other office ladies previously were extremely nice and understanding. I'm sad because I love the dentists but we have found a new office. I will say that someone did text me right after and acknowledged I called and said they could get me an appointment but that was it. No apology for the way I was talked to or treated. I use to be a dental assistant, and dental office manager and I never spoke to someone that way when making an appointment or in general especially in business. I stand by that the Doctors are wonderful and the other front office staff is amazing. I don't know if this person is new in the last year or so but I'm extremely disappointed. I also don't know if realizes how rude and completely insensitive she comes across? People like myself already fear the dentist and the first impression is the front office when you make the first step to make the appointment. I really hope this front office lady reads this and takes this to heart to try and be a little nicer when scheduling appointments and talking to patients. read more

Outstanding People from Teeth to Toe. I love this place...more importantly....I love a place that I can take my children to that offer spectacular service and attention. they have the newest and latest equipment which I know is an add thing to observe, but thats important to me anytime I enter a medical office of any kind. They are also very professional. About the only thing negative I can say about it....thats really not such a bad thing.....is that they are SO GOOD You have to plan way in advance. I have a super busy schedule ....so only certain days of the week and times work for me to take my children.....so finding an available appointment is difficult for ME. I called this dental office, and a girl called Beverly picked up. I started introducing myself and I paused. After a few seconds of silence, Beverly said, "And? So?" She didn't reply with the normally expected "how can I help you?" Or anything of that sort. I was a little shocked by her reaction, but I still continued by stating the intention of my call. Beverly actually started saying, "blah blah blah blah blah blah" in the middle of my sentence. I work in the customer service industry. I choose my words carefully when I talk to customers. The way she speaks shows that she does not care what the customers or the patients' perception of the office is. I don't know how they get 4.5 stars on average. This is just amazing to me. After that I just hung up after I politely said, "Thank you." I will never call this dental office again. And I will recommend all my friends and family to never go to that office. read more

I've never had a dentist take a follow-up X-ray after a pair of fillings, and triple-check my bite in order to ensure the best comfort. I came here after being upsold hard at another nearby MV dentist and am glad I did. Dr. Yuen and his staff are great. read more

This is in the strip mall closest to my house which is why I chose it from the other unknown entities on the insurance list. My son, 8years old, hates going to the dentist. He never had a bad experience and has not even had a cavity until now. This office has been so good with him, Dr. Tang is so nice, patient and understanding. I've been going to this Dentist for 16 years now and I plan on going there another 16. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yuen and his wife, Dr. Charlene Tong. I go every 6mos and Dr. Tong always cleans my teeth until ALL my stains are removed (I love my tea, coffee, and the occasional red wine) AND she always has a huge smile on her face and she's so fun to talk to (although she does most of the talking since it's hard to talk with a mouth full of dental instruments). I found myself dreading my dental appointments a LOT less after going here. I just love both of them and I highly recommend their services. read more

Prepare to be upsold on EVERYTHING, and to be diagnosed with Peridontal disease if you haven't had a cleaning in 6 months to a year. With the label of Peridontal disease comes a cost of $200 per session ( 2 sessions for me) for the required deep cleaning. That was including insurance. I felt like Dr. Ballard wanted to make a dollar and not a difference. To bad. Have since found a better Dentist. read more

My wife on the other hand, used another dentist that was closer to her work and she was constantly being charged for additional things that insurance didn't cover. She finally started going to MV Dental, and she's glad she did. There are never any surprises with Dr. Yuen. Mary & Veronica are absolutely the RUDEST receptionist I have ever talked to. I called at 4:25 on Thursday, 5/1/14 asking for a next day appointment as I have severe pain on the left side of my mouth. Veronica was trying to rush me off the phone and simply said - I have a 10:00am and a 10:30am. I asked a few more questions and was cut off each time pretty much saying do you want the appointment or not. Because of the amount of dental work I am in need of, I was being picky about a dentist and was very turned off from her attitude and blatant rudeness towards me - like I was bothering her or interrupting her day. I told her I would call back and let her know as I felt as though she didn't really care if she obtained the business or not. After calling four other dentists, without any luck for a next day appointment, I called back at 4:37 (12 minutes later). This time Mary picked up. I asked her if she was the same gal I was talking too and she said, no hold on and I will get Veronica. Moments after she put me on hold, she came back and said, Oh sorry we filled all the appointments for tomorrow. Stunned, I said, uh ok in twelve minutes?? Mary's response was, well yea we filled the 10:30am appointment and the patient is in for a long treatment. Still in shock, I asked about next week where I was told - no we have 0 appointments for all of next week. That seemed ridiculous to me as I just called 12 minutes before and received a next day appointment offer, yet called a week out and was told they were 100% booked up. I have never felt so insignificant to any type of business. I have been in customer service for 15 years, in hospitality not health care, and would NEVER treat someone like that. Not to mention they were not loosing money for themselves, but the DR's who employee them. With a business like dentistry where there are MANY options, and may ways to review services and insurance to cover most all of them, I find it shocking that these ladies think its ok to push business away so rudely and without care. Not to mention, that the people they are dealing with are already not looking forward to go and get treatments of dentistry. I would NEVER recommend this office as I feel if you choose one among many to give your business and money to, they should treat you as though they care and appreciate your business. Very sad as this seemed like it was going to be the perfect office for me based on location, insurance and doctor reviews. read more
