Naturally I pulled up lash services in my area on my handy Yelp app and Graceful Beauty was within my area. When I searched on online to book her service her closest booking was 5 weeks out but I sent her private message and she responded immediately! The spawn has a busy schedule (school, sports etc.) but Seena took that into account and worked with me to find a time that worked. On the day of the appointment she communicated with my daughter what she was going to do. The spawn has beautiful lashed but wanted to cut her morning prepping down and Senna delivered! Her lashes look beyond extraordinary! She is happy with her lashes. Mom (me) am happy with Seena's professionalism and artistry. Her prices are reasonable especially for the work she delivers. Her studio is located inside Sola Salon. Her studio is a whole vibe. Clean and organized you will feel comfortable. tl;dr stylist was impolite and did not do what I asked…read more I made a 9AM appt, got there about 5mins early. I was greeted well and told that the stylist would call me back when she's ready. At about 7 after, the lady who was chatting at the front desk since I walked in said I could go with her. She then said "well let's go get your hair wet." I was a bit surprised, and asked her whether she needed to know what I wanted before she decided what the plan was, and went to show her my reference images (the photos/videos were of me, thin curly hair, basically a shag cut; tone of layers all the way up the back and sides). She said that she cuts all hair wet, so we went to wet my hair. The only question she asked me about my hair or what I wanted in the entire haircut was if the length she cut it was ok. She ushered me out at the end without drying my hair, and without a mirror to see the back of it. When I got home I wet it, did my normal routine, and discovered that the back is just a blunt bob, and the front has a few layers going up abut 2.5 inches. Again, my references show layers all the way up almost to my crown and I showed her the back in 2 reference videos. To be fair, the haircut is cute! It's just not at all what I wanted; I kinda look like a triangle.
