I asked the man to fix my French tip as it was uneven after the first nail. He was unable to do it so he called another lady over to do it "Tina" she was able to do it correctly but I am so upset with the overall quality and care of how they left my fingers and nails after they were done. There was acrylic residue everywhere and white polish too. You can tell that my service was rushed. I will not be back and I do not recommend. read more

The water for my feet were cold from the get go, I asked twice for warmer water and they continued to put cool water in the bowl. The paint job on my toes was actually cleaner than most lately. It was my first time here today and I will definitely be back, because I found my new to-go nail spa. The staff is amazing and so kind, they make you feel comfortable with anything you are wanting to get. I always had a problem with my dip powder being too thick on my nails (since it's my real nails), but Danny made sure they were thin (just like I asked) and very natural looking. He made me feel very comfortable with every critique I had. ($38 to take off my old set + put my new one on) They also give our complimentary drinks to their clients. Definitely would recommend! The place looks clean but the towels and bowls were not cleaned properly. They add a $1.50 service charge to use a credit card, which is illegal. They did a good job on my nails but due to the cleanliness and overcharges, will not be returning. It's so hard finding a great nail place! read more

I researched several nail shops in the area, bc I was treating my daughter in law to a mani/pedi gel nails. Chose here because the reviews seemed decent. HUGE MISTAKE to meet her here!!! She was coming from Fort Worth and me - Dallas. The place is beautiful and clean, but the technicians are not qualified. Please be careful about having work done here. I was cut by not just one but two techs. $172 later, I hate my pedicure. Never did my cuticles. I just left. I asked the owner to comp my pedi, but he took 20% and said he'd give me a comp pedicure next time. I asked him to just take off this service and he said no. I will never go back and now fear an infection. Don't be fooled (like me) by a few positive reviews. These folks are nice but be prepared for substandard service. My acrylic tips on my toes look like hooves. Now, I have to have another salon fix, bc these were for my son's wedding. So frustrating. I just want them removed but my toe hurts to bad. read more

Stopped by on a Tuesday morning as soon as they opened. I was greeted promptly upon walking in and was serviced right away. The salon is very welcoming! It's bright, fresh and clean. The ladies that were there were helpful and listened to my requests. I received a mani-pedi service with dip mani and regular pedi. Both came out great. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices. Nice new nail bar in the Mansfield/Arlington area. The set up is chic and modern with huge flat screen TVs to watch while you are getting your nails done. They offer you a drink while you are getting worked on. Good drinks!!! I had a Long Island ice tea. I got a powder dip manicure with tips and a matching pedicure. I'm happy with the final product. I'm VERY picky about my nails salons so I usually wait after several visits to write a review. With that being said, Aria Nail Bar will continue to be where I get my nails done! From the decor, to Bao at the front desk, to the ladies doing my nails, everything is perfect! I come faithfully every two weeks to get a dip powder manicure on my natural nails, and regardless of who does them, they always look beautiful. I love that I never have to wait to be serviced. Once I walk in I'm seated! They have a plethora of colors to choose from, whether you are doing dip, gel, regular paint, or acrylic...kinda making it hard for a girl to choose haha They also have a great drink selection. I went in for a basic pedicure with regular polish. An older guy did my pedicure, he was rude -not rude because of any type language barrier (because I've actually had his service before and I know he can be chatty), rude because instead of giving me direction with words he would slap, push or pull my ankles to let me know they needed to be moved. Also, during the pedicure he slapped the exfoliant on my feet, didn't massage it in at all and spent maybe 2 minutes total scrubbing my feet. I got 1 base coat, 1 coat of color, and 1 top coat then he put my shoes on and left me at the chair...didn't say sit here a minute or anything. My pedicure was complete within 30 minutes. When I went to pay I told him that I wasn't leaving a tip beside he provided poor service. He said "you only paid for basic that's just pumice scrub" I told him that "I get that, but you barely scrubbed my feet with the pumice stone." He told me that if I had a complaint I could call the number. I won't be going back. read more

There is no overpowering nail polish scent lingering in the air. The decor is beautiful inside! My previous salon had not only severely damaged my nails, but had turned me off all salons. I went 4 months without anything being done and was desperately needing a salon. My husband actually found Aria, and I'm so glad he did! After soaking my hands for 45 minutes the previous nails were still there They were so thick I finally bit them off as best I could. My nails were broken down into the quick, paper thin and horribly sensitive. I was truly scared the reapplication was going to hurt more than getting them off, was I wrong!!! I has several people working with me and NOT one of them ever hurt me. I got exactly the Ombré Blue I asked for, they even PERFECTLY matched the blue polish I had brought in for my toes. They explained I could get many of the designs/styles I wanted as Dipped, and NEVER SAID it could only be done with Acrylic. They did everything I asked for and were never pushy or just did what they wanted to anyway, very refreshing change. They even suggested a few styles I might try later after looking at my pictures, and I plan on trying several of them. While getting my services, I had the opportunity to see a dissatisfied customer. I respected the way it was handled and that they addressed the issue right then! I know so many times myself or my friends left knowing we did not like something, and talked about it later. These technicians seem to follow behind one another and catch things only 1 person may miss. The technician saw a nail that the client was already not happy with, and asked her about it. The lady suddenly opened up and said what she thought. It was quickly corrected and she was a happy customer because of it! Well I'm done, sorry for the long review. Bottom line... PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS FULLY. I would give zero stars if I could. as im reflecting on this terrible experience, i'm realizing that we were discriminated against because we wore pro-black apparel supporting the black lives matter movement. I went with two of my sisters and the nail techs were extremely rude. this one in particular with the plaid tan mask, Lem, is who i will be referencing for most of this review. 1) my sister reacted to this nail tech aggressively working on her feet. the nail tech that was doing my toes (not photographed) felt the need to mock her by repeating "ow ow ow" multiple times. when i also winced at him getting the nail buffer on my skin, he laughed and repeated his "ow ow ow mockery. 2) the nail tech that is photographed, Lem, had the worst attitude with my sister. she has burn marks on her feet from her childhood. never been an issue other times we've gotten pedicures from different places. he didn't properly perform her pedicure at all. he skipped everything. didn't even soak her feet before clipping her cuticles (hence her saying "ow ow ow" in the first place) then went straight to polish. he argued with her when she made a comment the polish being too translucent and not wanting to see lines through her polish. he then argued with her and said her nails are too "ridged/wavy." by then, she had to explain the fact that her toes aren't wavy at all (BECAUSE HE DIDNT EVEN BUFF HER TOE NAILS BEFORE APPLYING THE POLISH) and that she's gotten light colors before from other nail salons and never had that issue. he says he's already done 3 coats and he can't do anymore. then makes there following racist comparison "it's like if you go to a soul food restaurant and ask for more meat, you won't get more meat." she politely asks if he can try to do another coat. he reluctantly does another and it's the same issue. rude, aggressive, and disrespectful 3) now here's the kicker. we're getting ready to pay. i've paid for my nails and my other sister paid for hers. my sister that has to deal with the rudeness of Lem politely states that she is not satisfied with her service and refuses to pay the full price, also explaining why. the man at the register acts like he doesn't know why, after she just explained. so she politely explains again, in more detail. 4) at this point, i notice Lem (the nail tech photographed) walks outside and takes a photo of MY car. when he walked in i asked him if he just took a picture of my car. he responded in denial, saying "you don't know i did that." then i demonstrate to him what i saw by lifting my phone up and said "i just saw you do this *lifts phone up* in front of my car. why were you in front of my car? i don't live in this city." (side note i'm visiting from houston) his response is "it's free! i can do what i want!" then i say "well if you're doing something in front of my car i have the right to question it. can i see the last picture taken on your phone?" to that he gives me an abrupt "NO!" at that point i drop the matter because my bible warns against arguing with fools. 5) my sister says she will pay no more than ten dollars because she received poor service. the man at the register explains to her that because the service is complete, she has to pay unless she wants to get the polish removed (our appointment was at 6:30, so by the time we finished it was well after their saturday closing hours). at this, my sister in law said "i could just walk out of here, because i'm not going to pay for bad service." at this, Lem threatened to call the police. my other sister steps in and says "this is what is going to happen. she's going to pay you all $10 and we're going to leave because the service was unacceptable." the man at the register says that she can get the polish removed but still needs to pay the $30 price for a pedicure 6) at this point, i left to go sit in my car. my sister ends up paying full price after realizing that she truly does not want to stay in this salon any longer. this treatment was unacceptable. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Yay! I may have found my new go-to nail spot in Grand Prairie!!! I've visited two in the area and were very disappointed with both the customer service and the services provided so I was a little leery about trying a NEW-new place, but Aria did NOT disappoint! The atmosphere of Aria is very upscale/high class, a very well-thought out layout and design - I loved the chandeliers! So pretty! A plus is they have a cute little sit-down bar area (three or four seats), so even if you have to wait, you can chill at the bar, literally! They have frozen margaritas, daquiris, mixed cocktails, non-alcoholic (soda/water) as well! I was greeted by whom I assume were the owners/managers when I walked in and was directed to review the sign in/pricing list and select what I wanted. I was due for a new dipping powder set so that's all I was coming for today but they have so many different manicure, pedicure, facial, etc options....definitely anxious to come back and explore the other services! After I picked my services and gave the owner my form, I was seated pretty quickly and was given a book (see my pictures) of the available options for the dipping powder which I LOVED. It was super organized and neat which provides for better viewing of the colors. I picked my color and was asked what I wanted to drink, I opted for water because I have fitness goals and didn't want to indulge lol but they have a semi-fully stocked bar for your indulgence. The gentleman that did my nails was great! Before he did anything he asked what I wanted and then showed me what it would look like and then double confirmed that's what I wanted/expected. I particular about my nails so I truly appreciate the precaution. My nails look so bomb. He was quick but still paid extreme attention to detail while doing my nails. And they told her that they only honor it when people get two.services. So why We were not able to take advantage of the 20% off when yet we did purchase two services. I made an appointment for me and two other friends and we arrived on time and we had to wait 45 minutes pass Our. appointment time to be service I understand that nail shops have just re-open but they should consider how many people they can at time knowing that they're short staffed.
