I've come here several times with mixed experiences - but I feel like that's normal with this size of a place / the number of techs here! I've never had a bad experience, but you can sometimes just tell if someone is rushing or newer. If I've ever booked a random appointment and wanted to make 100% sure I got a really great manicure (i.e my wedding nails) I just tell them "I really want someone who is going to take their time" / "I really want someone who can do some design work" when I check in and they will accommodate that. Fiona did my nails for Lolla and did a great job! She took the time to understand the design I wanted, and if she didn't think it was good enough she wiped it off and tried again. Most techs I've had here ask a lot of questions to check that you like the shape, etc of the nails as they go. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes, and they seem to always be able make room for you if you give them a call. read more

Overall good experience! I went with a friend after a much needed week and it was a great way to relax. It was super easy to make an appointment online. We were able to be seated together because the salon is quite big. They have a great color selection for regular and gel polish! We got the lavender pedicure and I loved the extra pampering! This is usually my go-to. Bridge does a very nice French tip pedicure (so rare), but unfortunately i had a chipped nail that I forgot to point out and it made the pedicure go bad within a week. I got my nails done here three days ago. 1. When taking off my existing no chip they used a file - which normally I like - but the technician wasn't trained on it and filed my actual nail bed multiple times. It was painful! 2. My nails are already chipping - the first chips started two days after my no chip. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Three stars because my pedicure actually looks nice. But I will not be back. Why? Had a 430 apt. I was not acknowledged when I walked in. Finally had to announce myself and they told me to sit and wait. I waited. And waited. 20 minutes and then another 5 in the pedicure chair. Then came strange things. Like they barely filled up my water to soak. See picture. Presented with a menu with some very expensive pedicures. I opted for the signature which was the least expensive at $38. Other neighboring salons are less and provide a paraffin and shoulder massage, even hot stones. None of this and they charge more. After my pedicure, they had me drying at the station against the window. After a few minutes, they told me I needed to get up and pay. Then told I need to register my phone number and name. Then I waited some more. When it was time to leave, nobody helped me remove the dividers or sandals. I had to ask for plastic wrap to cover my pedicure. They pointed to where I could find it. Went for a full set and a pedicure right when they opened and it was clear they were a new business with some growing pains to work through. Gave them another chance a couple months later and wasn't super impressed. I'm not a fan of the set up of the manicure stations, the chairs are significantly lower than the table/counter which puts your arms and wrists at an uncomfortable angle the entire time. Plus the chairs are arranged in two rows so if you look up at any time you feel like you're staring at the person getting their nails done across from you. Pedicure was fine, but felt a little haphazard. Not asking for a medical grade pedicure here but expected a more of an experience than just a polish change saying I asked for the "deluxe" option. Would come back if my regular spot couldn't take me. The end result of both the acrylics and the pedicure was fine, but I have places in the city that I feel go above and beyond but maybe that will change as Aria grows into itself. read more

Was looking forward to having a new nail spot in the neighborhood but once I tried, not impressed for a few reasons. I made an appointment online for a regular mani / pedi still waiting like 15 mins. The young girl who did both my pedicure & manicure barley cut my cuticles and didn't scrubbed/cleaned my heels. She was going so quick that she even stabbed me with the cuticle cutter during my manicure, then told me its fine, instead of asking me if I'm fine? Rude & ouch. I think its worth mentioning that was the first time she spoke to me, the second time was when she said I must pay before I get my nails painted, again rude. I then asked if I can put the tip on the card she told me she prefers venmo, I did as she requested bc honestly I wanted to be done and leave the salon since she acted like this is a fast food drive thru rather than a nail appointment. Then I get home and look at my receipt, I was charged a non cash fee. #1 I wasn't even told that, she didn't even say to avoid the charge you can pay cash....like they do at normal places, just charged me. If that's how you treat people when you first open, then IDK how it can start/open like this, I do know I won't be back. read more

I had a very different experience than the other reviews on this page. I have been getting dip for the last six months and was excited a new salon opened up a couple of blocks away from my house. I tried them out right before I left for a two week trip abroad. They soaked off my previous dip waaaay too long. My hands were burning. They were actually peeling days later. Then he was way too aggressive with the dremel. It was painful. Then after he put the dip polish and top coat on and then without saying anything started shaving it off again and redid the top coat. My nails were cracking and breaking after three days. I had to have the hotel take them off and they charged me $230 (with a 20% tip) to do it bc they don't normally work with acrylics. Since then my nails are breaking and splitting below my fingertip line and super sensitive. It hurts my fingers to wash my hair. My natural nails are ruined. I am still incredibly upset about it. They might be fine for a regular manicure and pedicure, but I would never do a dip here. read more
