The woman helping me, even after telling her that I had a receipt from the usps, said her company paid usps twice the cost of the shipment (why they didn't verify this cost for them selves before paying it is beyond me) If you sell something it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the customer receives the product they paid for, in the shipping fashion they paid for, in the time they paid for.
