The woman helping me, even after telling her that I had a receipt from the usps, said her company paid usps twice the cost of the shipment (why they didn't verify this cost for them selves before paying it is beyond me) If you sell something it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the customer receives the product they paid for, in the shipping fashion they paid for, in the time they paid for. We were with them while we lived in temporary housing. Service and support were always lacking. A few months after we moved out, we received a notice of collection for a bill we never received. I thought that maybe our mail hadn't caught up with us, so I asked for a copy of the bill (from AriaLink), which they could not provide. After countless hours on the phone, they couldn't explain to me what I had been charged for and how it matched up to what I had paid. Overall, a very sloppy, poorly run operation. I would avoid them at all costs. I hate Comcast as well, but even prefer them to AriaLink.
