I'll get straight to the review, since that's what everyone comes on here for... 1. This is a husband (Todd) and wife (Lea) team, and these are the kind of people you feel comfortable leaving, unattended, in your home to get the job done! 2. SCHEDULING: Within minutes of requesting a quote, via Yelp, Todd messaged me to let me know they were in the middle of a job and they would get back to me, when they were done, so we could work out the date/time I requested. I always know a company has great customer service when they do that; so considerate of people's time! Later that day, Todd called to confirm my requested time/date and we chatted about what I wanted cleaned, etc. He was very warm, courteous, and accommodating. We set a date, and he texted the night before to re-confirm and we were good to go. Very easy to schedule, and I really appreciated that because some businesses won't give you a definite answer right away. 3. DAY OF CLEANING: Todd and Lea actually just cleaned my house today. They were on time (actually, 5-10 minutes early). I'm at the end of renovations so I still had contractors working in the house. When they arrived, I was on my way home, but my doors were open because of the contractor work that was still going on. When I got home, I walked in and they had already started moving stuff and were ready to clean! 4. QUALITY OF WORK: You can tell, just from talking to them during scheduling, that they have a great work ethic. But they don't just talk the talk, they really do deliver what they say they'll do. They definitely take pride in their work and it shows! I don't normally pay anyone to clean my house because I clean it pretty good myself, so for me to pay someone else to do it, I expect a lot. And Todd and Lea have proven that they can do the job, and do it exceptionally well. They're fast and efficient, and very mindful of people's time. I've already scheduled them to come back because I had too much still going on in the house, I couldn't get it cleaned all at once. They did clean 3 bedrooms and my master bath and did an amazing job. 5. PRICING: They have flat rates for move-in/move-out cleaning and charge hourly for regular cleaning. They are very reasonably priced, especially for their quality of work. People don't like to feel like they didn't get their money's worth, but you don't feel that way with these two, at all. They're good, honest, hard-working people, and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy with their work. I had a move out clean done about a month ago. What I expected from them was different from what was produced. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath about 1096 sq ft house that I wanted cleaned. The move out cleaning was about $500 plus another $200 to have all the windows cleaned. The bill came out to over $700. I gave them the keys to the house since I wasn't going to available when they arrived. I'm assuming they started about 8am or so from what they stated. I got the call from them saying they were done so I returned to the house. The toilets, tub, shower and sink was cleaned well. The other areas of the house wasn't touched at all or it was a half a** cleaning. I remembered Todd saying he had to leave before traffic gets worst going into Waianae. Are you serious? I paid over $700 to have a move out cleaning done. I didn't pay for "X" amount of hours for the house to be cleaned. It looked liked a rushed job was done. When I told him the windows wasn't cleaned and pointed out other areas that was still dirty he got defensive. Stating that I should be here while they were doing the cleaning. If I have to be here for you to have a move out clean done properly maybe you shouldn't be in this business. And he also stated I'm the first one that complained about the results and how no one else complained before. I am not like the others who's going to keep their mouth shut if the cleaning wasn't done well. Todd started cleaning the areas that I pointed out to him but wasn't happy about it. He also walked in the house with his sandals!!! When I told him about it he said they were house shoes and it attracts less dust than being bare foot. Then later he walked outside to car with the same sandals. Are you f**king serious!!! Here is the text that I sent to him the next day after doing a more thorough inspection of the house. [ Hi Todd, I just looked over the house. There's a lot things that were missed. I paid $712.04 to have a move out cleaning done. It wasn't done properly. My understanding for a move out cleaning the new owners wouldn't have to clean anything. There's marking on the outside windows that could be scraped off with a razor blade. Some of the windows still had smudges on them. Near/around the door knobs was still brown. The top of the frame doors still had dust. The bathroom windows wasn't placed back properly. Also, that area had dust too. The stove wasn't cleaned good (grease inside and under the range). The main entrance door windows above still have dust. The stainless steel refrigerator still has spots that can be cleaned (inside/outside). Also, there's circular scratches on the right lower door that wasn't there before. The right lower handle is still dirty. The brackets to hold the blinds are still dusty. I was told the move out clean was from top to bottom. The $712.04 that I paid didn't justify the cleaning that was done. For $25 a window I expect it to be cleaned fully, spotless. It wasn't! I paid that amount to have the house and windows cleaned. I didn't pay for X amount of hours the house to be cleaned. It looked like a rushed job so you could return to the Westside before traffic starts. I would like you to return to do a complete move out clean from top to bottom. Otherwise return my money that was paid to you. And I will pay for the toilets and tubs that were cleaned. I will wait a reply from you. ] Overall the wife did a good job with the toilets, sink and tub. I should have just paid them just for that. By the way Thanks Todd for damaging one of the bedroom window upstairs. I guess you were too in a rush to gently take out the window screen. Yes, it cracked in half. And you didn't even say anything to me about this damage screen that was caused by you. Please don't tell me you didn't noticed it. Because to have the window screen replaced you would have to push down in that area where it was damaged. Anyways, if I could give a negative star I would. I don't like business that can't do their job properly and maintain pride in their work. All I can say I should have done the job myself! read more
