She understood what I needed and the urgency--my elderly father's oven was so dirty I was afraid he would start a house fire!--and gave me a quote quickly. She quotes on a flat fee and that made the entire transaction transparent and simple. After the quote, we then spoke on the phone and I felt instantly comfortable with her. Tatianna arrived right on time, had everything she needed to make the job happen, and left my dad's oven and kitchen SPOT-LESS! I'm telling you, I've NEVER seen an oven that clean.
