Mike came out on May 27 to install our osmosis water system. During the installation process our under the kitchen sink was a mess with line and cables. He re-routed ever thing to where the system would fit and make the wife happy with being able to put all her cleaning items, including trash can, back under the sink. Once the installation was complete he provide all the instructions on what to do in the follow few hours to get the water recirculated in the systems and the frig water. This was a surprise to me as we did not realize the system would clean up the water dispenser in the frig also, which mean clean water and ice. He was very professional and explained the different types of water systems very plainly and how they could benefit my home. At first I was stuck on a non salt system, which was the most expensive, but after talking with Michael I found out that wasn't the best solution for my home water hardness. Two weeks later I called him back as we were about to close escrow on our new home and asked if he would be able to come out on Wednesday when we were doing our final walk through and test the water and make his recommendations. I sent him a text as we were heading to the house and made mention that if it were at all possible would he be able to install the equipment he would be recommending on Saturday.
