It was not a bulb that they used so she researched & found the one on my system & gave me the info so I could order directly from the vender so that I would save money. Scott came out to replace the bulb for me. He was so sweet. He let me know when he was on his way to my house & actually arrived at the scheduled time. I had reached out to this company the other day when I could not reach the original installer of my water softener/reverse osmosis system. Excellent experience working with Stephanie, Scott, and Zak. I had a "Lifesource" Water Conditioner (not to be confused with Lifewater Solutions).at my second home in North Scottsdale and the pre-sentiment filter housing started to leak on my garage floor. After contacting Lifewater Solutions and speaking with Stephanie, she had owner, Scott contact me that evening. Scott listened to my problem, provided a DIY solution to bypass the leaking housing, and recommended a Vesta Whole House Water Conditioner. Scott emailed me information on the Vesta units to consider including the Pentair Big Blue pre-sentiment filter. Scott was very knowledgeable and did not try to "sell" me. After making my final decision to go with the Vesta Elite Whole House Water Conditioner, Stephanie promptly scheduled the installation. Zak, the co-owner, of Lifewater, did the installation. (Reposting here since it looks like my review is taken down from google) I've used this company several times where Scott has come out to service. Those were wonderful times as he is very pleasant. I only recommend using this company if Scott comes out. This time Zak (the other owner) came and was unbelievably rude. He was here because the faucet they installed less than a year ago broke. Zak comes in and immediately says that I bought a "cheap $30 faucet off of Amazon". I told him no, I spent $4000 with you and had everything purchased and installed with you guys. He still proceeded to argue saying that clients cut corners to be cheap. I told him that we did not do that as its on our invoice from them. He then said "If you want me to replace your faucet I will have to use one that is actually from us". I couldn't believe this guy would still assume we purchased something "cheap" and is basically implying that we are scamming him. We even have them out every 6 months to replace our filters. Just before he leaves he still hasn't apologized and says "Well at least you got a free faucet out of this". Excuse me? I was told everything we have purchased from you is 5 years. So he is implying once again that we are lying and are cheap. I couldn't believe this. After such pleasant services from Scott. Scott then called and apologized for Zak's behavior. Scott confirmed that the the faucet he installed was from a different distributer and was not from "Amazon". Unfortunately we do not feel comfortable to use this company again as one of the owners would not believe anything we said and kept insinuating that we are cheap. I first contacted Scott via email late at night expecting to receive a response no earlier than the following morning, but Scott surprisingly responded immediately letting me know he would call me during the day. Scott discussed the pros, cons, and financial options of each water treatment system, sent an email with all of the corresponding information, then scheduled a visit to further discuss them in reference to my household's specific needs. As a former chemist and current physician, I was impressed with Scott's ability to explain the mechanisms of water treatment and conditioner systems in detail without using excessively technical terms or condescending. Scott & Zak with Lifewater Solutions provide a great service and are very knowledgable on water systems. We get our water from a well and have very hard water. They were able to utilize some of our existing system and add a Soft Water & Reverse Osmosis to create a great system. They also fixed the plumbing lines attached which were previously a mess and made it very organized with shut off valves. We have no more hard water and also have great dinking water as well. Also after giving our a bath dog with the new water system his skin is no longer irritated and we don't have to give him medication anymore to stop scratching. Scott came out to the house quickly and assessed the situation. Scott gave us a couple of options with absolutely no pressure. We decided to fix the softener we had and Scott was on top of it getting it done professionally and timely. Later (probably about 2 year later) our water softener was acting up again so of course we called Scott. He came right out and again provided us with options and no pressure! We decided to replace our water softener which is how we met Zak who was just as professional and great as Scott. Zak replaced our softener and came right back out the next day when we called him with a question. With such great service my husband and I decided to get an RO system as well and Zak was able to fit us in quickly. Again we had an issue with the system (no fault of Lifewater Solutions) and Zak came right out the next day and fixed the problem.
