I believe it was Sev, that's helped us. We toured the property and the pictures posted here are true. Lush green grass, garages for secure parking and the pool was lovely. I especially like that there are washers and dryers in the units. Looks freshly remodeled which is so nice. The area is conveniently located downtown Chandler for night life and will be close for her work. Very impressed, if I was looking for an apartments, of those we toured, this would be choice. It seems to be quite organized in the office because the property is ran where it appears that things are done according to processes and schedules. I just moved from a place that was poorly managed. I lived there for three months and was able to get out of my lease because I received charges for amenities but was never provided access to them and the property manager didn't want to provide a credit. This is a clear breach of a rental lease, and the judge granted me the ability to move, and I am so glad that I did. I have only been here for a month, but it is so cozy. My floor plan is very versatile as it's a closed concept but where I would have others over, it's pretty open (kitchen, living room and dining room). I love everything about this place other than the fact that I live on the 3rd floor. That's not their fault, just my preference would have been to be on the second floor. They have internet that comes with your apartment, vivint and security alarms on the doors...the pool area is something out a resort magazine. It's so pretty and comfy. Definitely one of my favorites in good old Chandler, Arizona!

But the property isn't well maintained. Dog poop everywhere! Dog pee all over the stairs and landings of stairwells. Newer tenants loud during quiet hours, dogs constantly barking. They'll tell you the train isn't that bad. lol ya ok. ITS A TRAIN!! Not only can you hear it, YOU CAN FEEL IT! Shakes the entire apt. It's bad. Quiet time til 8 am but they have landscapers mowing every Friday at 630am, sometimes earlier sometimes later. If you face the courtyard, every conversation echos, along with kids screaming and dogs barking but it's amplified. Happens at all hours, so you better be a deep sleeper. Parking is an absolute joke. They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. We had our apt tested for mold and it came back positive. They send Richard in with a moisture monitor he doesn't know how to use. Guy says he's never seen mold either! What is he don't making these decisions for such a large company. Everything about this place is now a joke.

They also had someone shoot up the building, so now we get to look at bullet holes everyday. Each time maintance has come to "fix" a problem, they leave another problem. Wether it's a new fridge that doesn't open the correct direction in the kitchen, or COVERING your floors, walls, counters, ect with dust and lint after servicing the dryer. The unprofessionalism and incompetence of the office staff, which is NEVER onsite, is unheard of! No matter how much you do what they ask of you, it is never reciprocated and the favors are never returned. I REPEAT: DO NOT WALK, RUN!!!! FROM THIS COMMUNITY.

Very bipolar about this place. Some things are ok while…read moreothers are just completely unacceptable. For one the front office staff does not take me seriously I believe because I am not old.. but as soon as my father is involved stuff gets done and fast . Apparently when your ac goes out and it's 90 inside they can deem the work order as a non emergency. I called at opening and they let the whole day go by only for me to call them and get hit with I have to wait till after the weekend. The baseboards also are peeling causing ants to enter, this too they deemed was a non emergency even after explaining the trails I've been trying to control. With that being said this isn't the first time this has happened with the air and not the first time this apartment has been unlivable.. mind you I'm paying.. I had to take my pets and sleep somewhere else. All of this still not being a priority is absolutely insane to me. Completely inhumane. The office also encourages people to take pictures/videos of residents outside behavior and send it to the office, they emailed saying you can get credited gift cards.. The back patio walls are short enough to see over when you're close the problem is I've caught the same old man walking his dog in the rocks along my wall and peeping over. I've seen him standing outside my gate staring at my dogs which then started barking at him protecting my home, he left when he saw me move the curtain. Mind you there is absolutely no walk way near my home. The cars park 3 feet from my back wall so he is peeping! The latest time he was recording my home while walking his dog, he let his dog go up to my fence and wait till my dogs reacted to protect the house for his video. As I pulled into my home he was standing in my parking space doing all of this, once he saw me he took off and that's when I finally told him to stop or I'll get police involved because I have cameras too and he is clearly seen stocking and harassing many times. I sent a video of him to the office only for legal purposes because I knew they wouldn't be of help. Convinced favoritism is a thing or they just respect their elders more, I've had my complaints on my dogs barking while I'm out working nights which I've been confronted on and still managed to maintain but when I call to say the neighbor across from me is lifting his weight bar to his chest and dropping it on the concrete over and over at 8am all the sudden well it's day time so most people are awake is what I got told. I said my hours are flipped so I really don't care about that statement because these are my sleeping hours. Again was told it's day time hours even after I was saying the noise is a nuisance. They've mentioned unregistered cars not being allowed to be continuously parked on property yet when I called about a car parking so close that I couldn't access the passenger side, they requested photos and told me they couldn't help me because the car is not registered with the office.. The front do and don't answer their calls but they do dismiss the call I call them with especially if it's not simple for them to fix. The front had me take down my faded red umbrella because it has to be neutral colors outside.. yet my neighbors umbrella is teal blue. Lots of negatives above but the apartment itself is comfortable, living is quiet and the pool is great.

He thoroughly toured us through the community and is the reason I went through with it. I live in a corner unit by the dog park which gets a bit noisy with the yappy dogs and the dumpster in the morning from the fast food restaurants. Other then those little things I have no complaints. They do small events for the tenants like breakfast the second weekend of every month and other holiday gatherings and giveaways. Maintenance is very reliable, they care of projects in a timely manner. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Gilbert.

Apartment was spacious and couldn't hear neighbors. Most everything is quality build. Almost too much closet space. Patios are large. The new renovated models look nice. Grounds are always clean. You'll spend another $150+ in monthly fees on top of the rental rate, Rent has gone up nearly 10% every year. The single dumpster for the whole apartment complex is overflows out into the parking lot most of the time, it's wild to see how much garbage builds up weekly. I'd give this place 5 stars if the trash situation wasn't borderline biohazardous. I feel bad for the units near the dumpster.

The apartments are renovated, the property is well kept with flowers and sparkling pools, and my neighbors are friendly and respectful. Pecos has far exceeded my expectations! 10/5 stars I love it here!
