Arista built our inground pool and hot tub with a rock waterfall in 2007. I felt comfortable going with them because of the lifetime structural guarantee on the pool, the skimmers, the pipes, etc. In 2012 we found cracks going straight down the inside of the pool wall below each skimmer. Arista said the rock waterfall was not properly supported so they added additional support and patched the cracks. The patches looked terrible- and it was a 5-year old pool- but they refused to replaster, assuring me it would blend in over the years. Well, it hasn't. last summer our pool started losing a lot of water, so after a lot of back-and-forth our American league detection here and found out that deep end skimmer was cracked in several places. Arista patched the skimmer with epoxy at no charge - all the while saying it wasn't covered under the warranty- but said that was just a temporary fix and we needed a new skimmer. It's clearly in our contract that skimmers are part of the lifetime structural warranty but Arista refused to replace them saying it wasn't related to the cracks issue from 2012 or anything they were responsible for. Mike and his crew made our saltwater pool in 2015. Best customer service you will ever get!!!! They did our pool while we were in Hawaii for my brother passing. Tough time for our family. We never had to worry about our home or pool construction. Pool was expensive but you get what you pay for. I recommend them highly!!!!! You will be happy with the results. I only use them to get work done or get ahold of warranting department. We have the latest pool slide that is the hit of the Party. We will be building another pool in the second home on the property. We will wait patiently while they are ver busy. Like I said what we spent .... worth every ! read more

Arista, installed an inground pool at my house in 2021 during the Covid pandemic and I was very pleased with their attention to detail and communication throughout the entire process. As the project progressed we were updated to any delays or backorders. They also were great with some supply issues actually upgrading us at no extra charge for next level equipment when the accessories we selected had a no projected availability from any supplier. They worked hard to make sure the pool was finished in time for my daughters party and we were grateful to of selected them for our investment. They made sure that everything including boulder placement, waterfall, and Lighting looked like the design drawing we approved. We waited to make this review a few years (2024) just in case we had any post construction issue and the pool has been rock solid (no Pun Intended). Overall, I am very happy with the work Arista did for us. I agree with other reviewers who say you will get nickel-and-dimed everywhere along the way, and you should account for much more cost when all is said and done than they originally quoted. But the quality we got was way above and beyond many friends and family who have also gotten pools (and were also nickel-and-dimed). Lowell is the project manager and absolutely amazing. I hope he is making a boatload of money because he was the most down to earth and knowledgeable person working there and I probably would have been way more stressed out throughout the process if it weren't for him. So I say definitely go with them and you won't be disappointed, but be sure to have them spell out all potential additional charges upfront. read more

Arista installed my pool in the spring / summer of 2013. The construction of the pool was amazing! The use of more caging and thicker walls will ensure less maintenance in the future. We love our pool. The owners /sales were upfront about all extra costs; which we of course had. It cost extra to dig deeper for a diving board-we were told about that. We were also told that we might have to pay extra to put gravel down if it was a rainy season and the ground was too wet. The reason for the 4 stars is they were slow to get back to you, but once I had the owner's cell phone number it was better. I think there could of been a better guarantee on the seeding. read more

Our project managers helped us to anticipate design issues that we had not thought of. With their guidance we have the backyard oasis that we have always wanted. Our entire project which involved: ripping down and disposing of a HUGE deck, extracting trees and bushes (and keeping some of them healthy enough to replant), pool placement and installation, stamped concrete decking, area for pool house, and firepit and sitting area, was all done in just under 8 weeks. Buyer beware...they don't call you back. They'll try to charge you exhorbitant fees and they're very sneaky. The pool sales guy even hired his buddies to do some landscaping for us and he cut out the owner who owns a landscaping company affiliated with the pool company. This was all around shady...his buddies never even finished the job and there were a lot of broken promises. DO NOT trust this pool builder. read more

We worked with Arista Pools for about 2 months in order to design our pool. The process was great at the beginning, but just prior to us signing the actual agreement they began introducing new additional charges. Specifically creating a seperate roadway for $1500 for access and having us sign a libality waiver for our driveway whereby trucks could cause $5000 damage. In the end it was best that we didn't work together. My perspective is that one should be very careful if hiring Arista. read more

This is our second experience with having a custom inground pool ( first one with Arista) and this experience was better than I ever expected.
