I thought these guys were honest and legit group but totally wrong. I have had to go back a couple times to get things looked at and fixed. They let me leave the first time with a broken OE end link. I even let them know the sound was way too loud to be what they initially thought was the ball joint bearing. They also installed my wing and I kept hearing weird noises in the rear. Turns out its the suspension, not the wing. However, when I looked to see if any bolts were loose, all of them were. I tried to tighten them but they just kept spinning. Smh. I let them know there's a loud slapping sound coming from the rear passenger, even sent a video, and they want to charge me to diagnose and fix it...said that they made sure to check all the torque specs. I highly doubt that. If they let me leave the first time with a broke part. I don't know how a shop can function this way. If you installed something incorrectly, you should look to fix it at no charge. They do not doo quality work at all. I would double and triple check your service if you plan to come here. Although customer service was decent, I will never come back to this place again. Service from the techs cannot be trusted. read more

Had a great experience here. Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in for a cylinder 4 misfire and they diagnosed the issue correctly, finding oil in the spark plug tube. They replaced the spark plugs with NGK iridium plugs and completed the job at the exact price quoted, even though it took a bit longer than expected. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell unnecessary work and were honest about the valve cover gasket being a future repair instead of pushing it right away. I started with ordering a few parts with Anthony and after lots of conversations, decided to have them complete some work on my car. They were so meticulous and made sure I knew what was going on with every step of the process. After purchasing brand new wheels, I was concerned about them getting scratched during tire mounting. I am happy to report that they were mounted and balanced with absolutely no damage do my TE37SLs. I initially found this shop on Facebook and kind of had my doubts because let's face it, FB isn't the most reliable source to get car parts. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a shot. I was in the hunt for Moutl oil and surprisingly Andrew was able to help me get it the same day. It's nearly impossible to get this type of oil in my area or quick enough to order and get it on the same day. On my way to the shop, I ran into traffic due to a few accidents along the way. My ETA was getting near their closing hours but after letting Andrew know, he was kind enough to have someone standby after hours for me to pickup. Once I arrived, I didn't realize the I was visiting was a Subi shop. If you're lucky like me, you'll get to see a fleet of Subi's parked out in the front. They some wicked builds! David took me in right away and was very honest throughout the entire process. Not only did he complete the job in a timely professional manner but he went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. He kept me updated with photos/information about the work being performed each day my vehicle was in the shop. He even went so far as to inform me of some rust on my vehicles frame that I was unaware of.
