The first time, they replaced a spark plug, costing me about $200. Two weeks later, the light returned. This time a $687 repair for a completely different issue. Less than two weeks after that, the light came on again. On my third visit, even though their posted opening time is 9 a.m., the technician, Randy, didn't actually show up until after 9:08. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.

They let me leave the first time with a broken OE end link. I even let them know the sound was way too loud to be what they initially thought was the ball joint bearing. They also installed my wing and I kept hearing weird noises in the rear. Turns out its the suspension, not the wing. However, when I looked to see if any bolts were loose, all of them were. I tried to tighten them but they just kept spinning. Smh. I let them know there's a loud slapping sound coming from the rear passenger, even sent a video, and they want to charge me to diagnose and fix it...said that they made sure to check all the torque specs. I highly doubt that. If they let me leave the first time with a broke part. I don't know how a shop can function this way. If you installed something incorrectly, you should look to fix it at no charge. They do not doo quality work at all. I would double and triple check your service if you plan to come here. Although customer service was decent, I will never come back to this place again. Service from the techs cannot be trusted.

I reached out to them because my Mini Cooper wasn't passing the smog check. After running the diagnostic test, they were quickly able to troubleshoot and provide pricing for parts. Within a day, they were able to fix my car and get it to stop showing 3 fault codes. After putting some miles into the car, Mike suggested that I come back in to run a complimentary meter check to see if any codes are detected and thankfully nothing showed. They showed me the parts they switched out and explained what the problems were. Mike also notified me what to keep an eye out for based on his assessment with his inspection of other parts of my car. What I appreciate about their service is their responsiveness to my initial inquiry, communication throughout the entire process, and honesty. I felt if something was wrong after performing the service, they'd really try to fix the problem. Just a feeling, but I do believe they know what they're doing. Mike also switched out my coolant reservoir due to cracks that was complimentary and also offered to top off my engine oil every couple of months. Just the extra care and attention to detail made me feel confident I went to the right place. I plan to come back as needed and hope to receive the same experience.
