EXTREMELY DISGUSTING AND RACIST BEHAVIOR! I am a Black woman and I was trying to shop and look around but associates kept insisting they hold my two items at the register while my white friend with 5+ items was never asked this questions. They kept following me around the store and even to the dressing room where they proceeded to opening the curtain and looking inside which was extremely invasive and they weren't doing this to anyone else. It's a shame because I did find the items here cute but I decided not to purchase due to the racist and poor shopping experience. read more

Super organized store, amazing service, super friendly staff, clothes for any occasion, and good quality clothing. This location is very good at keeping up with keeping their clothing seasonal. They are always updating the clothes and the store is organized perfectly. What made me write this review is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you come here often enough, they will remember you and it makes you feel so special and appreciated for shopping there. I literally refuse to shop at any other Aritzia. All of the staff are so friendly and they always offer to set up a fitting room for you so you are able to continue shopping hands free. Raquel is the sweetest! Pretty sure all but one employee spoke to me and offered service at least twice! I was actually shocked. I had just gotten off of work and needed to impulse buy just relieve some stress (unlike me). If you shop here be prepared to not be able to return anything. They are rude and snotty and were talking behind my back in front of me. The sales associate told me to follow their return policy next time. This is no way to talk to a customer. The girls working here have no manners at all. I was told that an online return in store could be returned within 30 days and that is the only reason I bought the item. I will never be returning to this location again. . read more

I stopped shopping at this location because the workers are so snooty. I recommend shopping at the century city or Glendale locations.

So the problematic employee still works there. Which would be totally fine if she wasn't still a racist. Great job at fixing the issue Aritzia. I have gone in after the first incident about 6 more time and the rest of the employees are great and helpful. This is only my second time seeing this particular woman. She aggressively approached me again, as soon as I actually looked at her it all came back to me and I realized my experience at the store would probably be problematic once again. She clearly was never spoken to about what boundaries are and "No means no" once again it was a battle to keep the coat I wanted. I did not let her take it the first time which again shocked her. I went to go try on some more clothes later because I wanted to see if I could make an outfit with the coat I wanted to pick up and once I came out she bombarded me and said she was taking it again and I again said no but clearly she doesn't understand the word "no" so she Then gave the excuse that she was going to take it because she needed to take the sensors off and leave it at the front so i could go check out "now" . 1 i wasn't checking out, I was still browsing, so I don't know why she just assumed I was checking out. 2 why would I continue to try on clothing without the coat that I am planning the outfit around? 3 a simple "NO" should have been enough. 4 as soon as a couple walked in (POC) she bolted to them, and clung on to me and them YET AGAIN. read more

The concept of a "community mirror" is the worst fucking idea ever. There's no mirrors in the individual dressing rooms so you have to walk out in front of a bunch of women's boyfriends sitting on the couch just to see how the clothes fit you. Super uncomfortable and even though the clothes are cute I really won't be coming back. read more
