I had to call and initiate the refund. Be sure you keep track of how much these people are charging you and make sure you dont overpay. They will try to steal from you.

The front desk folks and super friendly, as well as patient and informed. Paperwork doesn't take too long. The radiology technicians are wonderful and respectful, gentle and patient. I will probably always use this business if I need to have radiology work done.

I showed up waited 35 mins to be told the tech will not do the 1 test because they couldn't get the paper of the 2nd test. Mind you these are STAT tests. I personally drove over to the other office to have the paper printed and faxed back to Simon med so I can hand deliver it. Which would not have been an issue if I was notified more than AN HOUR before my check in time. Now this caused me to miss my appointment by being refused service, took up 2 appointment slots someone else could have had and delayed my test for 10 more days. Although you understand my concern and offered me to talk to the tech, there is no office manager contacting me, ensuring that their employees and staff will be trained properly to avoid this happening again in the future. This is not a grocery store. This is a healthcare system and it should be professional. It's far from that.

A big shoutout to Jolene--she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to clearly explain everything the doctor would be doing, as well as what my mom needed to do on her end. This company is NOT good to be doing this. Basically up charging people on limited income. Stay away!!!!

It is a really big modern office with new everything. But even though it is big it still feels like a small doctor's office in the way that everyone treats you like a person and not a number.
