Should there be any emergencies or questions, he would not address them in writing. He continued to talk over me. I asked the front desk to help us so we wouldn't have communication barriers. Deaf does not mean we all can read lips. Some can, some cannot. Some can hear better, some cannot hear well. Some can speak well; some cannot. This violated my ADA rights. This tracks the character of the center behave to the people of representation; no compassion for that. Seek elsewhere.

I had to call and initiate the refund. Be sure you keep track of how much these people are charging you and make sure you dont overpay. They will try to steal from you.

I showed up waited 35 mins to be told the tech will not do the 1 test because they couldn't get the paper of the 2nd test. Mind you these are STAT tests. I personally drove over to the other office to have the paper printed and faxed back to Simon med so I can hand deliver it. Which would not have been an issue if I was notified more than AN HOUR before my check in time. Now this caused me to miss my appointment by being refused service, took up 2 appointment slots someone else could have had and delayed my test for 10 more days. Although you understand my concern and offered me to talk to the tech, there is no office manager contacting me, ensuring that their employees and staff will be trained properly to avoid this happening again in the future. This is not a grocery store. This is a healthcare system and it should be professional. It's far from that.

This company is NOT good to be doing this. Basically up charging people on limited income. Stay away!!!!

You will not get to see the "real doctor". Wouldn't you expect the MD of the office to personally do your first exam and then pass you off to a PA?? I did! Silly me!
