I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. The representative came to our house, and the pillow patterns were outdated and unattractive. Choosing a design was a frustrating process because the options looked like they belonged in the 70s, 80s, or on a grandma's couch. After settling on a pattern that was somewhat acceptable and matched the breakfast nook, we were told it would take 6-12 weeks to complete the cushions and pillows. Five months later, we found ourselves emailing repeatedly to ask when our items would be delivered. The prices were also outrageously high. Throughout the long wait, there was no communication--no updates, no apologies for delays, nothing to reassure us. Finally, after multiple inquiries, we received an email saying they didn't even have our pillow covers. This was something they could have told us months earlier so we could have chosen a different design and avoided further delays. When we requested that the representative return to help us select new colors, they refused. To make matters worse, a representative called to demand payment and was incredibly rude. There was no apology, no attempt to accommodate us, no discount offered, and no explanation for the situation. The lack of professionalism and care from this company is astounding. If you check my review history, you'll see that I usually leave 5-star ratings, and I rarely leave negative feedback--but this company was an absolute disaster and should not be in business. read more

They made me a beautiful, perfectly fitted to my needs, cushion for my wheelchair, and I cannot say enough for how I appreciate the difference. It has made for my comfort level. They provided a price over the phone which dropped even lower when I came to the office and we remeasured my cushions. Fantastic one on one (was actually two on two) service. Went in to order chaise lounge cushions for the pool area that wouldn't stain or fade. Not only was the quality disappointing, but he made two different sizes. He did not take responsibility at all for it, and refused to reimburse us. Since we were out of the fabric, I had to find new fabric and have new pillows made. It turned out to be costly. He was very rude when I tried to talk to him, patiently, about it.
