Standard venue for bigger concerts in Phoenix. Every now and then they'll have a great act. The concessions are ok, not great. Being you fun friends and you're bound to have a good time.

Curtains on stage during the SUKI WATERHOUSE show.

The SOUND was HORRIBLE! I confirmed by asking my date after the show. She said the singing sounded muffled and she could hardly understand a single word. We saw Suki Waterhouse and she put on a great performance but the venue FAILED her. Also, what was up with those ridiculous Curtains on stage? They blocked the view of some of the band and did not add anything. Stage setup was bland. Concessions are also ridiculous. $24 for a large can of Seltzer? Come on now. It is a Live Nation venue so that stinks. I won't return with that horrible sound.

I visited the Arizona financial center in Phoenix this week for the Khalid concert!! it was such a great time. The concert was amazing. There were lots of areas where you could purchase drinks and food. I never had to wait for anything including the bathroom. Everything was clean and the seats were comfortable.

Haven't been to this venue in years. Very easy to get to but parking can be a challenge. I suggest getting the parking pass for Adams St. garage and then a short walk to the theatre. Staff is helpful. Restroom clean.

This place isnt bad and I have not had a bad experience. I have been here several times for different types of shows and have sat in different sections. Lines for merch can be long and at times the line will wrap up the stairs. Staff is typically friendly and police is always present. Concessions and drinks are a tad bit pricey. There is a nearby parking garage and there is also metered parking along the side streets.

Attended the Katseye concert here earlier this month, it was certainly packed and busy, I am not sure the space was ready to handle so many folks. There were two merch booths and I saw the lines having to wrap around into the stair cases. The lines waiting to get into the venue also wrapped around the building a few times and seemed wild. Getting in through security was okay, they eventually split the one line into bags and no bags lines. In there, I didn't try any of the food options, they had mostly alcohol and drinks and nothing too inviting. The view from my seat was not great, I was off to the left most side facing the stage. Even though they had screens running ads on the sides of the stage before the concert began, once it was time for the event the screens disappeared making it hard to see and enjoy the concert.

We came here for the Cirques du Soleil rendition of "A Night Before Christmas" and we really enjoyed the show. The facility has concession stands throughout that have some really good options for snacks and food. It was very easy to get in and mostly easy to get out and I attribute that to the workers outside handling security and especially the usher's inside the theater. They are all on point, Direct, yet friendly to everyone. The atmosphere is awesome here and I would say most of the seating is pretty good. I do have to say for this show the floor seating creates a bit of an obstructed view for some simply because all of the chairs are on the same level and if you happen to sit behind someone that's somewhat tall, it blocks the stage. Next time I will call to find out which row is the first row of the stadium seating because I like to sit as close to the stage as possible yet I want to be able to see the entire show. I am including some pictures of the show itself, although I should've gotten more pictures of the facility because, after all, this is a review for the venue and not the show. I give it four stars instead of five simply because of the floor seating, but don't let that deter you, just make sure you know which seating is which when you order tickets because this facility is amazing.

Have been here multiple times for concerts and other events over the years and have always enjoyed the venue. Every seat I've had has been a good view of the stage and the sound is good. This past weekend my husband and I were in the club seating area and it is a little tight like we were a bit squished but not bad. I like that you can book a parking garage spot beforehand now. Nice venue!

It's a large theater. The balcony overhang each other. It's like stadium seating. It's clean. Decor is basic. Seats are small and there's minimal leg room. The concessions are reasonably priced for their large size. I got here an hour before show start time, and there were little to no lines at security and ticket check in. Staff did their job quickly and effortlessly.

While this venue might be on the smaller side, I think it accommodates a nice group of people. As a warning, I would say don't buy tickets that are in the first few seated rows. We made the mistake of buying second row, tickets, and when people in the first roasted up, we could not see the artist perform. That was a bummer. We were also shocked by the amount of fighting that was happening because of people standing up in the securities lack of help. We purchased tickets in a garage that was across the street from the venue, which was very nice and easy to leave when the concert was done. This is our fourth or fifth time visiting this venue and we will continue to come back, but we won't be buying seats again in the first few rows.

I haven't been here in forever. We came to see circus soliei Christmas show. Not sure if I spelled right but anywho, the theater was nice and spacious. We had front row seats and that seating arrangement was kinda corky but it was a great experience. The staff was helpful and show was great. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Went to see Nathanial Rateliff and the Night Sweats. It was awesome. 5 star service all around. No long wait times, cleanish bathrooms. And on point with accommodations.

We were so happy to find out the concert was indoors. Arizona summers are no joke! I really liked that it wasn't a huge venue, so even if you're up in the nosebleeds, you still get a great view of the concert. Just a heads-up to anyone who wants to enjoy a drink, they're strict about IDs so make sure to bring the original. No copies or phone versions allowed. The AC felt amazing, the bathrooms were clean, and the sound system was booming. Honestly this is the best concert venue I've ever been to.

Ask the Community - Arizona Financial Theatre

Is there assigned seating in the pit or can everyone stand? My friend has pit seat 26 and I have pit seat 89 but we thought the pit didn't have assigned seats.

If it is a GA pit the numbers are just to track the number sold for box office, it will be standing room only. If it is a seated show, the seats will be assigned but you will be assigned a section, row, and seat!

Is there room to dance or do u have to be seated the whole time?

I saw people dancing at shows that have standing room only in the pit area. But I think if you're in the audience where there are seats you can't dance. I saw people trying to dance in the isles and the ushers asked them to clear the isle. Hope this…

Is the Vax required to attend events?

Going to out first event tonight. Couple of questions! How is the parking? Is there food and bev available, or do you suggest eating prior to the event?

Parking well... you are on your own. There are a variety of lots that you have to pay $10-$20. Food and beverage are typically available....and I mean hot dogs and popcorn is all they serve food wise.

Where is the best parking garage & how much for a concert on a Saturday?

Has anyone ever sat in the Left Facing obstructed view seats? Are they really bad? Thanks!

We were just there for the Bill Burr show and he went on and on about how crappy they looked from his view point. We didn't sit there but could see them...they are VERY angled, almost a full 90 degrees it looks like!!

For concerts how bad are the obstructed view seats?

The views are not obstructed even if you are in the balcony level.

Is the 200 section a place that you can see the stage well or is it too far?

The venue felt significantly oversold, to the point where it was nearly impossible to move comfortably. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

I can only speak to it as a bar & music venue, not sure if they have food items. It's a great, small intimate space to see an artist you know well or discover something new. Last time we were there was to see one of our favorites, Black Pistol Fire, this past spring. We love that band and have seen them perform many times, we were happy they played at crescent. They have such great energy during shows and the lead singer always gets into the crowd, last time he went over to the back bar and played guitar on it. Was pretty awesome! This recent time we went to see rapper Intuition from LA. He was opening for Wax & Dj Hoppa. They were new to me, but it was a great hip hop show. Generally the sound is good in the venue and they have a bar up front with some seating. Behind the curtain where the stage is, there's a bar back too. There are also bleachers but I usually don't sit on them, but they are there if needed. Cocktails are like regular bar prices, and good thing, they are quality drinks. I had the whiskey sour and old fashioned. Both were very good with quality spirits. At $16, they should be good and not some afterthought cocktail. They also have beers on tap for like $8. I'll definitely be back for another show at some point. Until then, cheers!

Then turned her away. That is not only disrespectful, it's completely out of line. Security's job is to verify IDs, not damage personal property. There are proper procedures for questionable IDs, and this was NOT one of them. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation -- just unnecessary force and a complete lack of basic respect. If this is how they treat people at the door, I can't imagine how the rest of the establishment operates. If you're sitting more than halfway back you'll be disappointed in the seating. In the back are high-top tables which are very small. The "bar" is along the long wall. The "restaurant" is catered food ( I don't think the venue has a kitchen). It's arranged buffet style on portable tables in the lobby. You go in a line and chose your dinner and they hand it to you in a plastic to-go container. You eat at your table and then bus your leftovers and trash to the trash can. There is no wait service. Just like eating at a fast food restaurant. If your sitting at a small high-top table there's not enough room for more than two people to eat. You'll be seated with strangers and they'll be right in your face as you eat. The "bar" only has beer and wine for alcohol. Or you could get a canned mixed drink. Stand in line and wait your turn at the end of the bar. The bar seats are reserved for the show. Remember no wait service. So if you want a drink during the show you have to go to the bar. Music was not Jazz. Very slow, boring folk. The crowd was 70+ year olds. And they charge for this experience? Won't be going back.
