Called regarding a wet area behind my pool's waterfall. Brent and his assistant showed up and really worked hard trying to find the leak. After 45 minutes of digging and trying to determine where the pool pipes were leaking, they suggested maybe it was the irrigation system instead. Sure enough, the irrigation line that runs next to the buried pipes had two leaks. They replaced that section of line and no more leaks! Brent showed up at our house on June 6, dispatched by Choice Home Warranty, to diagnose why our spa heater was shutting down prematurely. He diagnosed the problem and left me a written summary of his diagnosis. He told me he would get authorization from Choice Home Warranty to obtain the parts needed to repair my spa heater and left my home. I didn't hear anything from him for four days, despite sending him text messages (3), emails (4) and leaving him voicemail messages (6). He never communicated with me at all. Today, I was advised by Choice Home Warranty that they were going to assign my job to a different contractor. Brent completely dropped the ball. I have to wonder if he is brain dead or just derelict about his job and the company he owns. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS OR EXPECT DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION! read more

Brent is the absolute worst person you can hire regardless of the service needed. I would avoid him like the plague, he lacks proper business ethics. He took assignment for my repair with Choice Home Warranty and after showing up a day late to my appointment he then proceeded to waste nearly three months of unresponsive communications through calls (10) and over (30) text messages. He claimed he was unable to find the parts in question while a quick google search found multiple vendors with the parts needed. After showing him and sending links he then went silent never again hearing from him again. Fraud and theft ! I am currently reporting and will be Pursuing Legal actions! Eternity pools was dispatched to my house by choice home warranty, he went to the backyard without even a tool bag spent less than 10 minutes looking at my spa ! He did not even open it up ! told my wife a complete missed and wrong diagnosis! took a check from her and never returned. This guy is a favorite of Choice Home Warranty but you should read the reviews before you let him in the yard. Two different times he showed up late for pool pump issues both times claiming some ridiculous excuse and then had to be prodded over days to finally come. This last time he was mad because I threatened to insist on a new tech from Choice. He showed up and reported to Choice that the pump housing was tightened down to hard so they didn't cover the claim - when he was the guy to serviced it! He refused to call me to tell me what the issue was when I asked. Just don't do it - insist on someone else. read more

Brent came out and and repaired my pump and installed a new Hayward sand filter . It was at a reasonable price and he was prompt in coming to look at and even did it that day. Brent showed up at my house on August 18 at 1pm, dispatched by Choice Home Warranty, to diagnose a leak in my pool pump. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a call to let me know that the crack was in the pump and needed to be replaced. He told me he would get authorization from Choice Home Warranty to obtain the parts needed to repair the pump. I didn't hear anything from him at all, despite sending him text messages (4) first one he sent back was that his internet was out, emails (1) for being over charged on the service fee or and leaving him voicemail messages then his mailbox became full. He never communicated with me at all. Today, I called Choice Home Warranty to let them know this guy is no good and never follows through on anything and had excuses for everything. Finally the order is just being sent in today. In my experience with service providers with CHW the repair order is done right away so that CHW can have the repair department approve or deny the claim and get things moving. I have asked CHW to have my repair be dispatched to another company. Brent completely dropped the ball. AVOID HIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS OR EXPECT TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, DELAYS OR NO SERVICE AT ALL! read more

Brent was awesome. He did an excellent job explaining some possible issues with my pool pump and motor, gave me a great quote for servicing both. I needed some additional work done on the piping for the new parts and he was willing to take the extra time taking care of this as well, and it didn't change the overall service quote. Not a dependable service. He scheduled my appointment from 11 to 3 on Wednesday and did not make the call. He didn't call or text me that he wasn't going to make it and that was it. Poor service and undependable. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. read more

BEWARE !!! Very unprofessional . I decided to go with this guy because he was so persistent in obtaining my business. He repeatedly text me asking if I would give him my business. Totally sold himself as a hardworking single dad and has been in business for 10 years. I don't think so , 10 years operating out of a old beat up car not big enough to hold equipment to clean or service pools. He parked his car around the corner from my home. I was looking for a truck with company name or logo and realized that was his car. I had a bad feeling at that point but he had already started taking apart my unit to clean the filters. He was to arrive at 3:00 pm but showed up hours later in the dark . I offered him a lamp/light so he could see what he was doing. He said he was going to clean the pool too. I felt bad he was working in the dark and told him to come back tomorrow in daylight so he could see what he was doing. He promised he would. When it came down to paying him he said his credit card machine (of course it was down )he could only take cash. I don't think there was ever a credit card payment option as he previously said in the beginning. Cash only because now I know his intentions were not to return to clean my pool which he no showed again. I text him repeatedly and no reply . He text me up to 25 times initially so I know he's receiving them. I should have gone with my gut feeling with this guy but thought I'd give a hard working young man a chance. Instead I discovered he's a very unreliable , unprofessional , shady man. What a waste of my time. I hope my filters aren't damaged from what he did. If you're considering this guy to service your pool my advice is to move on to someone else and don't waste your time. My opinion is he is a fraud. Don't have him repair your pool deck look deck it was a different color didn't have texture like ours was this heavy and flat. He said when it dries rinse it off and it will be good I rinsed 1 patch the next day and it blew off the other patches I didn't touch he told me the problem was it needed to cure 72 hours well the other patches are 72 hours and horrible he ruined our look deck and charged 630.00 cash. He said he would come back today at 3pm to fix it...he didn't show up...he didn't call...he didnt rex. read more

This guy is very unreliable! He doesn't show up at the scheduled time and also will skip weeks. We were with a different pool cleaning company for 2 years and never had issues with our pool turning green, but we decided to try another company because even though the chemicals were in check we didn't feel they swept the pool weekly. We paid Brent $90 in advance for 4 weeks of weekly pool cleaning. The first week with Brent he didn't show on the scheduled day and only let us know it'd be the next day once we reached out to him. He did show up the next day and did a good job. The 2nd week we noticed the pool didn't look swept and looked murky. The 3rd week was Memorial weekend and we had to change our family plans, because the pool was green by this point and we had to reach out to him to make sure he'd show up (which was already 1 day after he should've been there). He came out and shocked the pool and said he'd be back with the hose the same day shortly to vacuum, but never came back. I texted him the next day to see if he was coming back to get the pool in check and he didn't respond. I texted him 1 week later to see if he was showing up and he said he'd arrive at 3 and I sit here 3 hours later still waiting. This guy is a flake and very unprofessional. A 4 hour appointment window was setup on Dec 1st for Dec. 4th between 11am and 3pm by Choice Home Warranty. I received several reminders to be home during that time. I diligently stayed home all day, missing the family holiday shopping and waited patiently. 3pm, no show, no contact, zilch. I called Eternity's number and it went to voicemail. I identified myself, left my phone number and requested an update on their arrival. No call back. I called Choice Home Warranty, talked to a customer service rep., he put me on hold and attempted to call Eternity, came back and stated it went to voicemail. He left a message for Eternity to call me back within the hour. More crickets.. Not sure who is more at fault here, Choice Home Warranty on continuing to use this company after several reviews I find here or Eternity with their stellar record of non-customer service . BTW, no follow up call from Choice Home Warranty either to see the outcome of their message to Eternity. My personal and humble opinion and plan is to avoid both entities in the future. read more

Brent diagnosed and repaired a tricky O Ing leak- was a difficult repair because the filter had to be moved to do the fitting of the bulkhead and he had to refit it twice so there was no leakage. Very honest and hardworking technician- would highly recommend him. read more
