My home warranty sent a plumber from Forever Plumbing out to address some plumbing concerns that I had with my new house. I needed some sink pipes repaired/replaced and the shower cartridge in my spare bathroom replaced. Forever Plumbing contacted me quickly initially to get the appointment scheduled. Their plumber came out soon afterwards and took care of the kitchen pipe issue, but wasn't able to replace the shower cartridge at that time because he did not have the part on his truck. It took about a week for them to follow up beyond that, and another week to get them to come back out to replace the cartridge, but they did get it done. The sink pipe is kind of quirky and regurgitates food particles when I use the garbage disposal, but I'm not sure if that's a plumbing issue or what. I did bring it up to the plumber upon his return and he said it was a non-issue and to just plug that side of the sink when I use it. Not sure how much this bothers me or if it's worth getting another opinion. Overall, a positive experience but I probably would not use this company on my own/without my home warranty company covering it. read more

We put in a garbage disposal claim through Choice Home Warranty and Pete from Forever Plumbing came out back in December 2025. He was extremely prompt and helpful. Pete replaced our garage disposal with an upgraded model. Way more efficient and powerful than the builder grade installed back in 2010. I was pleased and pleasantly surprised with the quality of work and efficiency Forever Plumbing provided due to so many negative reviews. We had an excellent experience. read more

My hot water tank was under warranty. all they had to do was take old 1 out and new one in. they gave me some BS about having to change out the pan- which by the way was completely fine. re configure the plumbing which was 10 inches out of wall with flex supply lines that hooked up to the hot and cold on tank. Was not sure if they planed on ripping out all the drywall to get to the copper pipes behind the wall to re- configure? All this for a low price of $800! It took me a hour to get the tank cut and moved only because it took awhile from water to drain. Or it would have been out in 15 min. - 15 min to re install WITHOUT having to " re- configure" the pipe sticking 10 inches out from drywall. And placing back in the plastic pan with zero being wrong with it. Up and running in less than a hour. Crazy they are charging people $800 a hour? Imagine if I needed to pay for a new tank? 2 gs for the hour job? This place is a joke! read more

They fixed the leak, but replaced the handle without my permission and placed a smaller part that looks out of place, there is a large space between the backplate and sleeve as well as a large gap between the handle and sleeve. My water heater started leaking, and Forever Plumbing was assigned by Choice Warranty. The maintenance cost amounted to $660, which included the replacement of a $65 hot water pan (purchased at Home Depot for $25) and $55 in haul-away, handled for $18 by bulk trash appliance removal. The major issue is that this company wrote my card information on the invoice for all employees in the company to see. It is very discerning that in the age of technology, this company does not have an appropriate method of scanning the card and collecting. Very poor. read more

I had a major leak coming from my kitchen ceiling and filed a claim through my home warranty. To their credit, a technician came out quickly. However, despite my claim being approved by the warranty company right away, I was told they were still "waiting for authorization" and they kept delaying my appointment--ultimately pushing it more than a week after the initial visit. I couldn't wait that long, so I had to hire a plumber myself and pay out of pocket. Later, I found out that even though I had canceled the claim, this company still got paid. It seems like their business model is to collect the service fee and claim payment from the warranty provider without actually doing any work. They scheduled with me on a Friday, with the window being 7am-11am, but the time came and went and no one arrived for the appointment. I called their front office and the lady told me they had me scheduled from 12-4pm. See the photo for proof, as that's clearly a lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Since this was a red flag for me, I decided to look them up online... and like the other reviews, they were also assigned to me through Choice Home Warranty. However, I'm glad I found the Yelp reviews stating they scam because I had enough time to cancel my request and get it assigned to a new plumber. The rep that came out to look at my water softener and Reverse Osmosis systems told the home warranty company the systems weren't working due to non-maintenance. Please be careful when using your this company. Their customer service is a one rating. They're communication is rated a zero. They seem real friendly in the beginning when they are asking for your upfront service call payment completely and it will completely go downhill after that. They leave all though legwork up to you to do with the warranty company. The technician was really nice. However the office staff is horrible after 2 to 3 weeks of complaining about where my work order status was and the warranty company asking for clear pictures of my hot water heater there was no response from their Plumbing manager. I hired them on my Home Warranty Choice Home Warranty. They wrote on the paperwork that they fixed a pipe. No pipe was fixed. I had a stoppage, then unclogged the stoppage and left before he left. He called out a demolition crew because he said he thought I might have mold which it was very much wet After he cleaned everything up and everything was fixed. It was drying out nicely and from then on, I had nothing but issues I'm being charged for this charge for that and I thought this was all included in my Home Warranty from Choice Home Warranty. Meanwhile, this gentleman won't return a phone call much less will he admit to his wrongdoing so I have to report him to the contractors association as well as Hyperbuilt and Drylux. They all work with each other referring and calling them out. Awful. Tried talking to this plumber won't answer reporting to Choice Home Warranty. Already told insurance company about this whole mess. He is good at unclogging pipes but honestly that's all he was to do. Not call out all these people that weren't approved by my insurance company.
