I went with their 75 minute Signature Head Spa & Mini Facial, which, in my opinion, is the best of both worlds! The service includes your consultation, where they go over a Scalp Analysis to see if there are any issues. From there, they tailor your service based on your scalp results. My service started with a warm oil pre-cleanse with warm Rosemary oil and Scalp Massage, a Detoxifying & Clarifying Wash, then a Soothing & Calming Cleanse. Then she moved onto the facial using a Hydrating Facial Enzyme, and then added the Botanical Bond Healing Hair Mask with a 10-min steam. After my service, my hair was brushed out. (Or if it was longer, they would have braided it, which I appreciate.) My only suggestion would be to include a quick blow-dry at the end instead of having guests leave with wet hair or braids. I declined and made my phone call outside and when I was out the room I felt like I could finally say NO... I don't want to buy the wand that went from being $900 to $300 for no apparent reason. This "business" is nothing but a sales room. I looked into the wand later and boy... DO NOT BUY.
