I really do not think words can express how phenomenal these 3 or 4 guys have been in the few short months I have been using them, but I will do my best. It started back when I bought my first (and current) bike. It was a piece of junk. I won't lie. I brought it in to Mikes shop and he did a full check on it. It was labeled "unsafe to ride" . They had to fix most major parts and bolt on the body panels properly. Mike prepared a list for me with all the issues and asked me to bring it back ASAP. I did within the next few days to get the body panels bolted on and the fork seals replaced. They did that within a few days and for only a little more than $200. Considering I am a student with a part time, minimum wage job, prices like that are music to my ears. Shortly after I brought it back to replace the valve covers. They replaced them and did a diagnostic to verify the new ones were working. That cost around $130 and was finished much faster than I expected. After those first two trips, I neglected to bring my bike back for the remaining issues. And one day while at work, someone tipped my bike over (guess they weren't a fan) upon riding it, I heard and felt something rattling. I brought it back to Mike the next day and left it there for a day and they straightened the fuel tank and tightened the gauges, free of charge. I was incredibly thankful. Now here is the part that shows how much these guys care about the community and the well being of bikes (not that the first two paragraphs didn't already help). Just today (10/25/2014). I picked up my bike after it got the Clutch cable and lever replaced. Had an oil change, new chain installed, and a new brake lever installed. All that for $200. I couldn't believe it. After picking up my bike, I had to ride to work. About an hour into my shift, I get called outside to find that the fuel line had burst and gas was everywhere (I was lucky it didn't happen while riding). Anyways, my co workers and I had to cut the line and jury rig it to stop what little gas was left from leaking out. A wave of depression hit me, I had only just picked up the bike about 2 hours before that. I called the shop and let them know what happened. They felt awful. So what did they do? They came down from the shop and picked up the bike (a good 10 miles away), replaced the fuel line and gave me a new clamp, AND topped off my gas. How much did they charge? Nothing, zero. I was stunned. I really almost felt like crying. Mike and his 2 or 3 employees are BY FAR the best mechanics a rider could ask for. The prices are astounding, the quality of work is out of this world, and the fact that they can fix most issues within a few days (or immediately, if need be) is mind boggling. My only complaint is that Yelp only lets me put 5 stars. I wish I could put 6 or 7. If you have any type of issue with your ride, regardless of what type of bike it is, bring it down to Mikes shop. I don't care if you live on the other side of the state. They are the best mechanics you will find out here in the desert. No one else can compare to them. I will never go to any other mechanic ever. One word sums it up - AWESOME. I needed some tires put on my newly purchased bike, and was hoping to get a few other small things done - on a Saturday. I was figuring they would have trouble getting me in, and maybe wouldn't be too excited about the small things I was hoping to get looked at (horn wasn't working and one of the pegs was bent). Well, not only did they get my bike right in, they put both tires on and fixed the little stuff too, without the "well, we'll see if we can get to that" that a lot of other shops might have come up with. To top it all off, when they told me the out the door cost, I thought for sure they must have got the numbers wrong, because it was far too low! How often has THAT ever happened to anyone bringing any kind of vehicle in for any repair? Never - not until now anyway. Needless to say, they did such a great job, and in such a friendly, timely fashion that I felt compelled to give them a tip - felt like I was ripping them off! Lol. Mike is one of those rare individuals that loves his craft for the joy it brings him. He's a man of passion and it just happens to be for everything bike related. I'm a college kid with a part time job so maintenance is sometime I tend to hold off and for good reason because it costs an arm and a leg usually. Mike is one of those hard workers that knows what it's like to not have any money as he has always helped me get my bike(s) back together when there's something wrong with relatively little money in fact he usually tries to help me find the best deals on parts or finds it himself. Then when it comes to labor he doesn't charge an arm and leg he takes care of you by quickly and efficiently doing the work. If there's one thing I can say that separates him from his peers it's that he's a man that hasn't lost his passion or dedication. I just purchased a used 2005 Kawasaki Mean Streak and unfortunately the first night of its stay in my garage it was leaking gas and fork oil. Im new to AZ and searched for a reliable, honest motorcycle mechanic and after reading the reviews found Mike at Arizona Motorcycle Services. He was able to look at my bike during my lunch hour and was sure that it was the fuel pump gasket, We ordered the part along with a new tire and fork seals. Within a few days the parts were in and i dropped off the bike. He had it completed the next day and his otd price was great! (and included a free oil change) I took the bike home and it rode much better. Unfortunately overnite it leaked gas again. I feared the worst that id need to buy a new tank but Mike was able to take it in and JB Weld it for a nominal fee. SO far so good! Im very impressed with the service from Mike and this shop! I live in central Phoenix and I will always take my bike all the way over to Arizona Motorcycle....Mike is a great mechanic who is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my bike is in good working order. He understands that I am a student whose primary mode of transportation is my motorcycle and genuinely cares about giving top-notch service to his customers. He always tries to find great deals on parts or gives me used parts whenever possible even when I didn't ask.... I'd like to think I'm special and he takes good care of my bike for that reason but judging by the reviews others have posted...Mike and his crew are just awesome mechanics who run a sound business. hi its not really a review but more of a question so here goes, I may well be moving to AZ in this year or the next and I own a 2001 Suzuki GSXR 1000 which id like to bring with me as ive owned it for ever and I really like it, so what im asking is what do I need to do so that I can ride it when im over in AZ? Your speedos are in MPH whereas my one is in KPH like all the rest of the running gear would be the same I amagine? Oh im in Sydney Australia though my wife will be in AZ next year [shes in prison in Oregon but apparently owes AZ some time in one of the prisons over their] Hence my inquirey regarding my bike, is it like here in Sydney when its time to register my bike I go to a MC shop and they give me a certificate of Road Worthyness and then I pay at the DMVs and that's largely it, Any assistance would be appreciated, Regards Simon Butler. read more

i have a vintage 1977 ke 100 enduro tht was given to me some yrs ago!!! it had a bad cylinder head as the previous owner seated the spark plug wronge n thought the engine was blown!! well,i replaced the cylinder head n cleaned out the gas tank,added a new fuel line n filter and gave the bike a new paint job!!! i thought tht i was ready for the road but after a few sprents up the block i realized it needed some serious carb wrk:-)!!! I gave these guys a call and spoke(freely) to who i belived to be mike....i was shocked@his knowlede of such an old bike and yes he had me wanting to drop my baby off to him tht very hour......:-)!!! but i had to get to wrk....im dropping bike off in a few.....cant wait!!! lord knws we need more business' like attitudes like yours mike....keep doing wht you're doing....we love it!!! read more

I have had 2 motorcycles and I have brought them here for every service; flat tire; mechanical issue; unknown noise or even cleaning needed to get taken care of. They are very understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I had a 2019 TNT Benelli 135 and I currently have a 2023 Yamaha MT-03. They have always been faster than expected. I thought I'd have to leave it there for a few days but just the next day I get a call saying it's ready to be picked up! They are surely better at customer service then the dealership I got my bikes at. The price is a little hefty but that's expected when you have a bike you need to get fixed when it breaks down. #BikeLife I have never felt questionable or worried about having them work on my bike. It proves I trust them with my life having them work on my bike; because I do! read more

Well... I was using another shop for the last couple years until today ! I called this other shop yesterday to ask what time they where open till and when I showed up... they moved their shop to Scottsdale ! You would think they would have mentioned it !? So on my way home I passed Arizona Motorcycle Services and whipped in and spoke to Mike ! Not only did he have the parts for my 20 year old ZX7 he said he could do the work today !! He stayed late to make sure he was true to his word and not only drove me home so I didn't have to wait but dropped my bike off to me ! Mike does a great job. I brought my Boulevard in when I needed work on it and he always completed the services in the time specified and for the price stated. Now that I have my new Indian Chieftain I was a little hesitant on letting the dealership (stealership) do work on it due how they were answering my questions on prices and needs. At the time I was only looking to get my tires changed and Mike was quick to answer and completed the job professionally. I just brought my bike in for a tire change and brake replacement. Not only did Mike and his team get to work straight away, they even spotted a severe issue with my front fork. Mike came to me, gave me a quote and then proceeded to fix the problem for even cheaper than what he quoted me (the bushings did not need to be replaced). Somehow while riding, my motorcycle shifter arm fell of and was hanging on the side of my motorcycle. I borrowed pliers from a gas station and put it back. I googled this shop, 5 min from the gas station where I stopped at. I went there and asked Mike to make sure the shifter arm was ok. He took it of, cleaned it and put it back. It took him 5 min and cost me nothing. Great service. I will definitely come back here when I need a new tire or a change of oil. I warmly recommend them. read more

Mike was great on the phone! I had to ask about their prices multiple times as I was in disbelief tire changes for $30 a tire and didnt have to spend my time pulling rims just rode the bike up. Good guys there doing what they need to do .... No frills great pricing shop...... They didnt give any feeling to trying to upsell anything you didnt need and even were kind enough to warn me about scrub in for the tires (Knew this but proves they look out for their customers) read more

Found this repair shop on the net. The service was outstanding and the price was very fair. Called for a tire and oil change they were able to get me in the same day. When picked up they explained everything done and told me of some things that may need attention at a later time. I highly recommend this shop and will return for all my motorcycle repairs.
